" Sehr schöne, großzügige Wohnung, mit direktem Ausgang zum Strand und nur 10 m von der Strandpromenade entfernt. Das Bad ist neu und sehr geschmackvoll renoviert und es gibt inzwischen eine zusätzliche Toilette. Mehrere gute Restaurants, eine Bäckerei gegenüber und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Concierge war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"

Great communication with the owner & Property Manager within walking distance to a number of restaurants, local shop very close to the property driving distance to the boulangerie . Only criticism is bathrooms need updating but not a huge problem. Hopefully visit again next year ."

"The reception tried her best to fulfill my request and was friendly. I forgot to put the sign of do not disturb so the housekeeper did a good job cleaning. I thought it would have been cleaned only when i put the sign to ask for housekeeping. The ventilation of other rooms seemed no working so I smell when the neighbors were cooking. To sum up, a good value for a business traveler who cares about budget."

"Nice cozy place for "camping". Trailer was very basic but had everything you need. Although we didn't use it, the pool was a nice addition. Do note that you receive minimal items so be prepared to bring things like paper towels and rags. Also, you have to clean the place before you leave. Basic accommodation but price is right."

"It is a very good experience overall. The hotel is located in the city's center, yet it offers secure parking. The property is newly renovated, and clean. It has a unusualy large bathroom and a separate WC, and good soundproof (from street noice) and effective AC. The bed is comfortable, too. Mathias at the reception was very friendly and helpful. "Lovely 3 star! Stone throw from Gare St Roch if train arriving from Carcassonne platform!! Or 2 min walk from main staion!! We were well suprised that hotel was attached to a 5 star property (linking corridor)and you could enjoy the facilites of fab cocktail bar) etc Room decent size. Bathrooom nice, Kettle/coffee etc (No fridge) 10 mins walk to Main Place Comedie( Trams from hotel everywhere!) Great place!!"
