Hervorragend, absolut empfehlenswert!

Sehr schöne, großzĂŒgige Wohnung, mit direktem Ausgang zum Strand und nur 10 m von der Strandpromenade entfernt. Das Bad ist neu und sehr geschmackvoll renoviert und es gibt inzwischen eine zusĂ€tzliche Toilette. Mehrere gute Restaurants, eine BĂ€ckerei gegenĂŒber und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Concierge war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

2eme séjour, toujours aussi bien

Une petite semaine pour la 2eme annĂ©e dans cet appartement tout Ă  fait conforme Ă  la description et parfaitement adaptĂ© Ă  notre maman qui se dĂ©place trĂšs difficilement. La situation est idĂ©ale, on peut contempler le lever de soleil, ĂȘtre trĂšs vite Ă  pieds dans le centre ville. Depuis que la salle de bains a Ă©tĂ© refaite et un nouveau WC ajoutĂ©, c’est parfait !

GerÀumige Wohnung an top Lage.

Viel Platz, 3 Schlafzimmer, 1 Wohnbereich mit super KĂŒche. Alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Umgebung und Terrasse ungepflegt an top Lage. Sonnenschirm sollte ersetzt werden. Ein ewiger Kampf gegen den Wind. Vorplatz gross auch zum Parkieren aber auch ungepflegt. Schade fĂŒr diese Lage zu diesem Preis.

TrĂšs bel emplacement. Appartement trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©. Gestion des clĂ©s parfaite avec une personne extrĂȘmement aimable. Une lumiĂšre cĂŽtĂ© canapĂ© serait la bienvenue et l'agrandissement de la terrasse en enlevant la partie sable serait ideale idĂ©ale.

Idéal avec accÚs direct a la plage

Logement idĂ©al pour profiter de la plage, accĂšs direct l'eau Ă  50m. MalgrĂ© la haute saison pas beaucoup de monde sur la plage et calme le soir. Le port et les boutiques Ă  10 minutes a pied. Rien ne manque dans le logement, pas besoin de clim un courant d'air naturel se crĂ©er en laissant les fenĂȘtres ouvertes. Salle de bain refaite Ă  neuf et fonctionnelle chambres spacieuses salon correct cuisine bien Ă©quipĂ©e mĂȘme si il manquerait quelques casseroles et poĂȘles. Un store au dessus de la baie vitrĂ©e serait un luxe apprĂ©ciable. En bref nous reviendrons certainement !!!!

Weihnachten am Strand

Das liegt direkt am Strand, man kann wunderbar zum Gartentor heraus und ist am Meer. Perfekte Lage. Auch fĂŒr unsere Hunde war der Aufenthalt toll, alles ist eingezĂ€unt. Das Mobiliar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber zweckmĂ€ssig. Wir werden sicher wieder einmal dort Urlaub machen. Der EigentĂŒmer ist sehr nett und diskret. Gerne wieder.

Excellent sejour a Palavas

Mon mari , moi , mon fils , sa partenaire et leur petite fille agée de 1 an et demi avons passé un trÚs agréable séjour chez vous , d'autant plus que le temps était ensoleillé tous les jours. De plus la maison était trÚs bien située, prÚs du centre , spacieuse , dans un endroit calme et en bord de mer. Nous espérons renouveler notre visite chez vous en septembre 2025! Merci !

Empfehlenswert!

Sehr schöne, großzĂŒgige Wohnung, direkt am Strand und nur 10 m von der Strandpromenade entfernt. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an guten Restaurants, eine BĂ€ckerei gegenĂŒber und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Concierge war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tout à fait conforme à la description et remarquablement situé

Un appartement idĂ©alement situĂ©, sur la plage, tout prĂšs du centre et des commerces essentiels. La cuisine est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e, la literie confortable. Aucun problĂšme pour circuler et se reposer Ă  l’intĂ©rieur ou dans le jardin pour notre maman handicapĂ©e. Petit bĂ©mol sur la salle de bains qui mĂ©rite comme notĂ© dans d’autres commentaires un petit rafraĂźchissement et un amĂ©nagement de la douche pour parfaire l’accĂšs handicapĂ©. Mais globalement un trĂšs beau sĂ©jour et un bon accueil, on reviendra avec plaisir !

Maison idéalement située

Maison tres agrĂ©able extrĂȘmement bien situĂ©e Ă  2 pas de l'eau et tres proche du centre-ville. Grand jardin pour une maison de bord de mer. Cuisine bien Ă©quipĂ©e. La salle de bains mĂ©riterait un rafraĂźchissement. Malgre cela pas gĂȘnant pour les vacances. Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour.

Appartement les pieds dans l'eau

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. L'appartement est idéalement placé et la place pour garer la voiture est idéal. Nous sommes partis avec ma mÚre qui a bientÎt 85 ans et elle était ravie de son séjour. Nous recommandons unanimement.

Hervorragende Lage

Wir haben die Wohnung direkt am Strand genossen, super Lage, der Strand und das Meer vor TĂŒre, was will man mehr? Die Wohnung und die GegenstĂ€nde könnten zum Teil etwas erneuert werden, aber das ist Jammern auf hohen Niveau! Ich, meine Frau und unsere beiden Töchter haben tolle Ferien in dieser Wohnung verbracht! Pavalas als Ferienort ist sicher nicht gerade unser Favorit, aber wir könnten uns durchaus vorstellen wieder in diesem Haus unsere Sommerferien zu verbringen!

Ein absolut gelungener Urlaub am Meer

Die Beschreibung hat nicht zu viel versprochen. Die Lage der gerĂ€umigen Wohnung ist perfekt. Von der Terrasse gelangt man direkt an den Strand. Die KĂŒche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Ein wunderschöner Urlaubsort. Der Hafen mit Altstadt fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar. Dort gibt es eine Vielzahl von Restaurants fĂŒr jeden Geschmack. Eine gute Boulangerie befindet sich in direkter Umgebung. Ebenso ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen fĂŒr das Nötigste. Der Ansprechpartner war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.

Appartement correspondant parfaitement Ă  l'annonce. AgrĂ©able et bien Ă©quipĂ©. Literie confortable. Un petit bĂ©mol pour la terrasse, partie en sable sale et ne faisant pas envie, parasol en mauvais Ă©tat, trop haut pour avoir de l'ombre sur la partie repas au petit dĂ©jeuner, mĂȘme en position inclinĂ©e.

Emplacement de rĂȘve

Juste en face de la mer avec un accĂšs direct. La mer trĂšs proche, pas besoin de marcher longtemps. Vue magnifique du lever au coucher. Des vacances Ă  la mer rĂ©ussies. Vraiment gĂ©nial avec les enfants qui ont passĂ© leur temps Ă  jouer dans le sable juste devant la maison pendant qu'on Ă©tait dans la propriĂ©tĂ©. Les jouets de plage annoncĂ©s dans l'annonce Ă©taient sommaires par contre et nous n'avons pas trouvĂ© les boules de pĂ©tanque que nous avons dĂ» acheter sur place (nous n'avions de ce fait pas pris les nĂŽtres). Non seulement la plage et la mer sont Ă  portĂ©e mais nous sommes par ailleurs Ă  1minute de l'accĂšs Ă  la ville et aux commerces. L'emplacement est juste gĂ©nial ! Pour l'Ă©quipement, cuisine trĂšs moderne et agrĂ©able, grande table. Les chambres sont spacieuses. La salle de bains mĂ©riterait un petit rafraichissement. Dommage que les seuls WC soient dedans. Également, la terrasse cĂŽtĂ© transat serait Ă  amĂ©nager. Nous retenons l'adresse, vraiment de trĂšs bonnes vacances et un bon accueil du concierge.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Meer und auch im Winter sehr reizvoll. Die KĂŒche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Heizung funktioniert und der Beck gleich um die Ecke.
