"The place is clean BUT, all the necessities that you needed is not provided, no soap, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, paper towel etc. Pool is close at 8pm, what the heck your on vacation and after a long day outside you want to relax on the pool but it is close. And one more thing no air conditioning, you have to pay 5euro/day. All of these should have provided with no extra cost. "

"The house was lovely and the weather (in Oct) wonderful - temperatures of 25/30 deg C all week! The sliding windows made it easy to step out and enjoy the outside space. Our thanks to Marcello’s wife who baked a delicious cake for us, and for the excellent bottle of wine! We had a delightful stay and were very comfortable in this house. "

"Villa Cottone è bellissima!!! Our family of 8 adults and one 3- year old thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our week-long stay. The Cottone Family is extremely accommodating, responsive and helpful. Each bedroom has its own bath, and the common areas (lanai, outdoor dining porch, POOL) were great for our large family. "I wish VRBO would let me give more than 5 stars! Where do I start… First, the property itself is absolutely beautiful. The pictures online were wonderful, but it’s even more stunning in person. We really enjoyed sitting out on the terrace in the mornings and evenings (incredible mountain, ocean, and city views all in one spot!), cooking and doing laundry in the fully equipped kitchen, and enjoying the peaceful tranquility of the property (lemon groves, etc). Second, the location is fantastic...

Brilliant service, near airport

"Booked this hotel for its close proximity to the Palermo Airport as I had a very early 05.45 flight and did not wish a long commute. This property was excelent. The manager was fantastic and got up and drove me to the airport himself at 3.00 am . He offered us pizza and salad roomservice but ewe went out. The room was lovely despite some used toiletry wrapper in the shower from the prevvious guest. Lovely bed , lounging and reading area . I am sure the breakfast looked and sounded good but unfortunately I missed it due to an early check out. I highly recommend walking around and going for a drink or eating in the small village wher the hotel is. Great history and memorial to anti Mafia efforts. A great bakey Palazzolo, best Canolis, coffee and desserts, all home made. Voglia di pizza , great pizza cafe, outside seating , local pizza variation with anchovies amazing."

"My wife and I stayed there for 6 days as we toured the west coast of Sicily. The hotel was very comfortable, had a beautiful view, and a good value for the price. The staff was warm and very accommodating. We reserved the suite, which was vey spacious."
