Absolutely terrible. It was dirty and there were stains on the bed sheets. The staff was off-Standish when I asked for an earlier check in. I left in 6 hours and booked a new hotel. Don’t go.

Nothing grate about this property, reception is very bad, dinning is very limited and dinning manger is very rude. It appears they make business from cruse ship crowd than other client.Surrounding area is rundown and the property facility is not up to the mark as they advertise on their website. Great location but that’s all!
Location was excellent! The room was old and uncomfortable. The bar was extremely overpriced! A double espresso for 4 euro that is more expensive than Starbucks! Gin and tonic for 16 Euro! At most bars in Palermo you pay less than half these prices! They definitely take advantage of the convenience factor!

Pro tip: use the service elevators on the way down. They’re located in the stairway entrance, go to floor “0” then turn right to hallway. Going up the main elevators are fine, but going down you’ll wait forever. This just saved you 30-45 minutes each day. You’re welcome.

Enjoyed our stay, okay accommodation
It was overall a nice and pleasant stay. Fantastic roof terrace with ocean and mountain view, bar open in the evening. We spend quite some time in the bars, friendly and service minded bartenders. Some places look a bit worn down, but price taken into consideration, it's okay and fair. But if your looking for top dollar, first class and spotless, this may not be it. Limited parking space. We didn't speak italian, so communication was often a challenge. But we enjoyed our vacation a lot.
