Alexandra, the host, was amazing. She stayed up for me until I got to the B&B although it was way later than expected. She accommodated me well and the place was clean and so convenient. I loved the area. It’s right off the Main Street so you may hear some noise but I’m a hard sleeper so it didn’t matter to me. Her place is so beautiful and she’s such a sweet woman. She makes you feel like family. I’d definitely stay again!!!

We loved the place. Alexsandra was wonderful. It was loud at night, but she provided earplugs which were perfect for the street noise. Everything was clean and beautiful.

This was an overall great place to stay while in Palermo. The host is LOVELY and makes a wonderful breakfast in the morning. We were not planning on staying in the B&B for extended periods of time, and really just needed a nice, clean place to sleep and this was PERFECT. Would recommend for similar travelers, are travelers looking to get the most bank for their buck.

Une expérience idéale dans le cœur de Palerme !
Tout était absolument parfait durant nos 5 nuits dans le B&B Médusa. L’appartement est spacieux et très charmant, la chambre est grande, bien décorée et confortable (le matelas et les oreillers sont exceptionnels), la salle de bain privative et tout ce qu’il faut également. La localisation est idéale, à deux pas du centre historique et de la gare et le bruit la nuit est plus que raisonnable, nous n’avons eu aucun problème pour dormir. Le petit déjeuner est bon, varié et copieux. Alessandra a réellement été aux petits soins… nous ne pouvions pas nous attendre à mieux. Une adresse précieuse que nous recommandons à 200% !

정말 만족스러운 곳이었어요. 다시 팔레르모에 오면 방문할 예정입니다. 1. 아침이 정말 맛있어요(토스트, 과일, 잼, 시리얼, 요거트 등이 제공돼요) 2. 위치가 좋아요(팔레르모 중앙역, 시내 모두 10분 도보 거리고, 바다랑 식물원도 15분 도보 거리에요. 앞에 대형마트가 있어 필요한것 사기도 좋아요) 3. 친절한 호스트(즉각 응답해주시고-whattsapp 추천, 빨래를 5유로에 해주셨어요, 이른 시간 도착한 저희를 위해 얼리체크인도 해주심) 4. 화장실이 넓고 깨끗했으며(비록 공용이지만), 침대도 푹신했고, 에어컨이랑 티비도 잘 나와요 5. 호스트가 함께 머무는 곳이라, 청결하게 관리되어있어요. 유일한 단점은 시내여서 밤에 시끄러울수 있다는 점입니다. 팔레르모에 다시 온다면 여기로 올 예정이에요😊 감사해요

La titolare del B&B, cortese e disponibile. Struttura raccomanda, certo un po' di rumore c'è, ma considerando che siamo vicino alla zona pedonale ci sta. Comoda a pochi minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria di Palermo. La consiglio.

The B&B was perfect for our three day trip. We walked almost everywhere and it was close to lots of tourist attractions and the nightlife. Our host was awesome and super helpful. Her recommendations for food and cafés were also very good. The rooms were spacious and clean. I‘d visit again :)

Persoonlijke ontvangst van Alessandra, niet opdringerig, ze was er als je iets nodig had. Locatie is bijzonder schoon, heerlijk Siciliaans ontbijt. Je verblijft in traditioneel herenhuis in Parlermo, vlak bij het station, met alle vervoersmogelijkheden. Je loopt zo het centrum in naar alle historische locaties. Restaurants zijn er volop in de directe omgeving. Traditionele details in de B&B, veel lawaai in het centrum op z'n italiaans maar dat weet je op zo'n locatie in het centrum, oordopjes helpen. We hadden ons geen betere locatie kunnen wensen en waarderen de aandacht van Alessandra bijzonder, echt een aanrader. Als je de Via Roma oversteekt, het straatje in links van de Lidl, daar heel veel niet toeristische restaurantjes. De bus naar het vliegveld vertrekt op 5 minuten lopen van het station.

Annulation ou avoir impossible malgré COVID
L'hotel a refusé le remboursement ou un avoir alors que j'ai été declaré Covid positif et du annuler mon voyage Aucune reponse de l'hotel, meme le prix du petit dejeuner que je n'ai pas pris ne m'a pas été remboursé ! Aucun arrangement possible !
