"Arrived at 5:30 on bus. Went to hotel. Had to wait until 7:30 because the electric ring didn't work. On top of that one of the electric rings fell out of place and I had to pay money to fix it. How is all of this my fault? I simply arrive to the hotel to check in and that is all. How am I responsible for the rest? "Staff is very helpful and polite, made me feel like an VIP the whole time. Always asking if we needed anything. The place is near a history park from the time of the Spanish colonization. It could get noise on the weekends, but usually noise stops around 10pm and it is quiet after that."

"I never had this terrible customer service. The room wasnt ready. When my brother wanted to leave, they didnt allow him, keeping his luggage. they wanted him to pay the full amount .My brother was insulted on the top of that. "The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive in every way. The room was spacious, the breakfast was different every morning to not get bored. We used the spa our last night there and it was the perfect way to end our trip, definitely add it to your schedule."

"The hosts are very nice people. The suite was very updated, modern, and clean. There are several problems, however, the wifi kept timing out, there was no one available to turn our keys into when we wanted to check out. "Friendly but staff did not speak english. But location is fantastic, perfect! However if you are a light sleeper it will be a bad choice for you because you can hear everything absolutely everything outside and neighbors.
