"- very busy area, many many cars, but good parking garage 10m from front door - large rooms and kitchen - air conditioner did not work on first and hot night, clerk claimed he fixed it while we were out on second day - it was not fixed; after several calls and a repairman visit they moved us to another room (a very poor sleep the first night, time to deal with the repairman and move our belongings, and then the other apartments air conditioning barely worked) - no apology, no comp. - bottom...

"We enjoyed our stay. The apartment had everything we needed. We went to Casa del Pane every morning (except Sunday) for a cappuccino. There are lots of little markets close by. The public transportation is fantastic - we took both the train and the bus for sight seeing. I would stay there again. There is a lift - but we made ourselves take the stairs every time! "

"This was a wonderful weekend stay in the heart of Bari! A super-comfortable apartment filled with beautiful decorations, including a window in the floor into the original building cistern, now used as a home for a few large fish. The hosts were gracious, very responsive and easy to communicate with, and the apartment was in a great location, with many restaurants and shops nearby. A great stay, we would highly recommend!"

The setup was lovely with lots of charming touches - juice and milk in the fridge to get us started. Our check-in with Ida couldn't have been easier or nicer. She was the best! " 596 / 5,000 L'hotel era meraviglioso. Abbiamo gustato una cena meravigliosa in hotel con ospiti memorabili che cenavano nello stesso momento. C'era un matrimonio nello stesso periodo e il fotografo stava usando tutte le caratteristiche dell'hotel per catturare la bellezza di quell'occasione speciale. La nostra camera era confortevole e abbiamo dormito molto bene dopo quella cena. Anche la colazione in hotel era incredibile, un'enorme varietà di alta qualità. L'hotel era impeccabilmente pulito e lussuoso. Il personale è stato accomodante e ci ha aiutato molto con la situazione del parcheggio. "Very nice hotel. Great customer service. The hotel is conveniently located close to the old town I explored during the day and next to a couple of theaters one can watch shows on the evening. The breakfast was very good, a bit on a fance side for an American tourist. I think I will stay there again."
