"I complained to get a full refund The ventilation lock fell down. 30 degrees during night and day in the middle of winter. Because they turned off AC. The kid got an allergic reaction and went to hospital for a couple of days because it was so filthy carpet. Old and dusty and expensive. Terrible. They did not even want to discuss a refund. Just look at the rug in the attachment."
