"Room was not cleaned from last person who stayed. No clean towels, no clean linens. Garbage cans full. Old pizza in box on counter. Phone didn’t work so couldn’t call down to the desk. Paint peeling off the walls. Something squirted across the floor that I really hope what I think it was. Curtains falling off the wall. Shower curtain rod being held up with black electrical tape. I got in late so had no other options for staying anywhere. I got blankets from my car and slept on top of those hoping not to get bedbugs or worse. I could not wait to leave the next morning. I wish I could have a refund for the room and the fee I paid for the dogs. I would never recommend that hotel ever."

"Place was packed for spring break. HH buffet and breakfast were amazing as usual. Staff was super friendly and attentive to needs. Although it was noisy in the halls everyone piped down by 10p. Only gripe was a lot of waiting for the elevators. Would definitely stay here again."
