The space
We have three private bedrooms with a split floorpan. We can accommodate up to 8 guests, and if a guest would like to sleep on the couch there is room for more!

Everything in this home is brand new and stylishly renovated. Large wood like tiles, relaxing colors, crown molding, gourment kitchen with oversized island, privacy locks on all doors, and relaxing decor to enhance the space. Entire back yard is completely fenced in for kids or your furry friends! Very kid friendly house!!

There are Smart TV's in all 3 bedrooms with cable, Netflix and Hulu. There is a large 55" Smart TV in the living room, and a smart TV in the poolside Tiki Hut. LED colored lighting outside. Smart WIFI enabled front door lock and easy self check in process.

BEDROOMS
The Master Suite offers a large King Bed under 2 oversized windows to offer natural light, with palm tree views. Plush bedding, side table lamps, 40" Smart TV, USB charging outlets and overhead fan. The en-suite bathroom has an Oversized walk in shower with overhead rain, marble floors, large custom 2 sink vanity, and closet.

The second bedroom is full of natural light, features a queen bed, two nightstands, lamps, a mirror, 40" smart TV private closet and directly across the hall from a linen closet and modern updated bathroom with tub.

The third bedroom offers two bunkbeds overlooking the pool area, tiki hut and fire pit. Just steps from the hall bathroom as well. There is a private closet within the room and 30" smart TV.

KITCHEN AND MAIN HOUSE
The living room has a large sectional couch that wraps around the 60" smart TV and is the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach.
Our dining room table comfortably sits everyone and looks out towards the pool.
The kitchen is large, open, completely updated and renovated with large island with sink in the island. Stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, slow close cabinets, barstools, a hood. We have all the dishes, utensils, cookware, appliances, coffee makers that you need for your stay! USB chargers along all of the walls.

There is a private laundry room with brand new washer and dryer. Cabinets, folding table area, iron and easy access with 2 access doors from the inside of house, or from pool area!

Step outside into paradise from the sliding glass kitchen doors and onto the gorgeous stone Lanai area. The lanai is screened in and the perfect place to hang out in the evening. Enjoy your cocktails on our patio set.

Step outside onto the grill and chill area where we have a grill with plenty of propane waiting for you! Enjoy the tiki hut with smart tv's, electricity, lights, music.. you name it! Enjoy sitting on the wood deck overlooking the pool, or by the sandy fire pit!
Read a book in in the shady hammock, or play corn hole!
Lounge chairs are by the pool to work on your tan and relax!
The entire back yard is completely fenced- perfect for kids and dogs!
