The hotel ceiling was unfinished drywall with screws showing. They drywall was not even taped or smoothed out. It was uneven and discolored. It looked like it was under construction. I was appalled at how they thought this design would be pleasing to people. The ceiling did not go with the otherwise nice decor of the room. We will never stay here again. We wish they would have showed pictures of what the ceiling looked like in their ads so we could have stayed somewhere else!

Safety Concerns/Reckless disregard of guests My daughter recently stayed at the hotel and we observed that the hotel’s valet is reckless with the cars of the guests. My daughter has an app on her car which enables electronic surveillance for safety - she discovered that the hotel left her car parked open and unlocked on the street. When she questioned the hotel, they moved her car into a garage but again left it open. Instead of relaxing, my daughter spent the night wondering where her car was and why the hotel consistently left it unlocked. I find this to be both a personal safety and standard of care problem. Based on my experiences, I would not recommend this hotel for anyone concerned about safety and security. I will never let my daughter go there again. Ps. The hotel’s Manager told me the valet parking is not their problem. Customers of Hilton beware because they don’t care about you.

The hotel is very nice, the staff are warm and friendly. The shuttle driver "Bob" super guy. Very helpful. My only compliant is the rugs in the room needed to be cleaned, and the bathroom towels were tattered. Wish they had some vegan options at the two locations to eat at onsite.

As a Hilton Gold Member, I had high expectations for my stay at the Canopy Hilton in West Palm Beach, but it turned out to be a huge disappointment. Over my 3-night stay, there were no towels in my room for two of the nights, and I had to repeatedly call the front desk to address the issue. Despite my loyalty status, the staff seemed completely indifferent and offered no sense of urgency or care. To make matters worse, housekeeping skipped cleaning my room entirely on one of the days, which added to the frustration. When I brought up these issues, the staff’s apathetic attitude was shocking, and there was no attempt to resolve the situation or acknowledge the inconvenience. As a loyal Hilton guest, this experience fell far below the standard I’ve come to expect. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone seeking a comfortable or well-managed stay.

The staff was super friendly. Whoever we walked into was very friendly and helpful. Upon arrival in our room we tried to lay on the bed and found ourselves in a whole. The mattress was overused and didn’t have any shape anymore. We asked for another room with a better bed and they did switch us. The new rooms bed was better however it was not as clean. We found black long hair everywhere and there was rice left overs by the toilet which made me wonder why there was food around the toilet. Other then that we slept great, it was quite and the room is spacious. Staff was very nice!

Great hotel with friendly staff. Only a few minor points. Charcoal based toiletries smell like you were in a campfire. No complimentary water. A questionably clean reusable glass milk jug to fetch water from down the hall is a little ridiculous. Masquerading it as “eco” rather than cost savings is an insult. These two little things would make me consider alternate accommodations at a Marriott with price point and location being similar.

Lovedddd the hotel! It’s simply beautiful and bed was so comfy. The bar in the terrace was amazing! I would stay again in a heartbeat! The only thing was that I did not realized parking was not included and it’s pretty pricey, specially if you are bringing 2 cars. Between parking the 2 cars a tip for the guys was an extra $102 for the night.

The hotel was a beautiful hotel that is centrally located for easy access to many restaurants and shops. We had to notify maintenance about our outlets and USB ports were not working. The issue of the outlets were fixed, but not the USB ports. The front desk was able to provide us a box in order for us to charge our phones.
