"This place is a really good time! It’s a hotel to hit in Palm Springs if you want a really great pool vibe and mostly adult environment. The drinks are good. The DJ on the weekend is usually an awesome touch, the food is delicious and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The only thing that would make this hotel better is if it was an adult only, not because I don’t love children, but because sometimes mama wants to get away from her own and other people’s ! "
"It’s a great hotel for families. The pools are great, the highlight of the trip. I wish I’d seen them clean the pool throughout the day. Unless they do and I just didn’t see it. But there were so people all day long. If you want a chair you have to go early to save. The hotel may be going through remodeling but it was a little dated. But the rooms are spacious. Once it’s fully renovated it’s a great hotel! Being that it was a family hotel, I wish they’d given the optional for continental breakfast each day, or at least coffee. Not everyone goes on a trip wanting to cook, but it was about a 10 minute drive to downtown to get coffee, donuts, etc. My biggest down fall was the late check in and early check out, when we asked for later check out the front desk person said no, we had to be out right at 10am or a few minutes after. Just considering the hotel is for families, you’d think they’d give more time to get the kids ready, and to pack, etc. and parking is tight! Garages are small too! Another one of those, it’s a family hotel for big families, and you’d think they’d have parking for big cars like trucks and SUVs. "
"The manager was fantastic as was all the staff I checked in with a very beautiful, smiling young lady. I think her name was Alice and there was a gentleman who got me the pool towel nice and very friendly. The place was clean. It was neat. It was a great area. I felt very comfortable. Thank you so much. I am I give them hundreds and hundreds of five star reviews for all of them. Every portion of it room was clean. Got what I needed. Everything was available. Thank you so much"

"Paradise in the desert. The house was perfect, clean and comfortable. Everything you needed was available. The check in was perfect, everything was explained to us. Which was good because of all the light switches and controls for the outside area. I definitely would rate this property as 5 star. "
"Everything is perfectly thought of and implemented. Very clean property staff are extremely professional and friendly. Rooms are amazing clean everything works everything is as you expect is to be and that’s a big one for me. The only thing that is a minor curiosity for me is the entire resort does not have any area to drop off waste or trash and the property is pet friendly. You can not find any trash can anywhere period. I did take my pet Shiba with me so that was bit weird since I do my end to drop off my pet waste in bags. everything else fantastic and food and restaurants are also amazing. "
