Perfect Getaway!

The condo was in a great place just blocks from the downtown area. It was well stocked with everything you need from coffee to pool towels. The back balcony had beautiful views of the mountains, upgraded appliances, comfy bed and the pool was very nice and well maintained. Sarah was great at communicating and such a big help with suggestions and available for anything needed. I would definitely return and tell my friends about this place!

Week in Palm Springs

Very well located. You can walk to most restaurants most of which are very good to excellent. The condo was well equipped (3 coffee makers! Nespresso, Keurig and drip). The only thing lacking was an ice maker and filtered water in the refrigerator.

Palm Springs getaway

We loved this condo! Nicely updated and close to downtown! Cose to grocery and not far from the airport. And of course many wonderful golf courses to choose from.

I loved my stay here at the Biarritz! The property was very clean and up to date. The owner is awesome and helped accommodate to my benefit. There is a grocery store in walking distance, along with the downtown strip a few blocks away. When visiting Palm Springs this is where you want to stay.

Short visit to Palm Springs

We stayed at Sarah’s condo during the atmospheric river that hit LA. The weather did not end up keeping us from outdoor activities and Sarah’s place was a quiet, restful place to come back to rest from hiking and site seeing.

Stayed here for Powertrip festival. Great quiet place where could chill in pool after attending festival each night. Communication with owner Sarah was easy when needed. Would recommend to anyone wanting a cool place to stay.

Perfect stay

My #1 criteria for a great stay is cleanliness, followed by convenient location. This property meets both criteria perfectly. This condo was very clean. The property was quiet and secured. We could walk to restaurants and shops within a few minutes.

Beautiful condo minutes from downtown. So convenient you could easily be without a car. Spotless and wonderfully equipped with everything you might need. Beautiful dishes and glassware. The owner was so helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay.

In Palm Springs for a wedding. The location was perfect for us. Check in was a breeze even though our flight was delayed 5 hours. Very clean. As represented in photos. Covered parking was a big plus at 100 degrees. We didn’t spend a lot of time there, but it looked very well appointed.

Great location

It was a great location. Noisy on 2nd floor from people above and from road noise. The flat could use a better blind in living area to give light but privacy. Far too dark. No kettle, blunt knives. Otherwise very well equipped. It was seemed expensive in January as it was too cold to use the pool.

Great Condo in Great Location!

We picked the perfect condo for our first visit to Palm Springs. Sarah's beautifully decorated condo is an easy walk to to all the restaurants and attractions. It was easy to communicate with her and she provided nicely detailed directions for checking in and checking out, which made the process so easy. The condo was well appointed and had everything we needed and the bed was super comfortable. Pool and hot tub area was nice and we were always able to come out and get lounge chairs. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Condo!

Sarah was very helpful when we had a little trouble finding the condo. The condo had everything we needed. The king bed was very comfy and the condo was very nicely renovated. The location was perfect for walkability downtown. Pool area was very nice with beautiful flowers and lots of hummingbirds. Would definitely recommend!

The condo was a good choice for our 1st visit to Palm Springs - very nicely decorated, in like new condition and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The pool area was lovely. The location was great for walking to downtown Palm Springs and also for driving to various sights and attractions we enjoyed. Very quiet apartment and comfy King bed meant we had exceptional sleeps! Pool area in the middle of the apartments was a calm oasis...in the sun all day. Condo itself is exceptionally clean and has every possible amenity. 5 minute walk to heart of downtown PS shopping and dining district. Safe, enclosed parking and apartments. We would stay here again! Highly recommend.
