Comfortable apartment style ”hotel” with perfect location in the old town city centre. All amenities were available in the apartment we had (suite) and the apartment was great for traveling with kids (1 year old). Quick response time and easy check-in and out. Great value for money!

The property was clean and well-maintained, located in a very safe neighborhood within walking distance to everything. While it’s a bit far from public transportation, the host was amazing—very communicative, quick to respond, and incredibly helpful with all our questions. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again.

Fantastic place in old town with Balcony, plenty of space and a great bathroom. 2 mins walk from front door and you are in the main areas of Palma. I’d stay here again. Perfect apartment for those using public transport.

We were disappointed by our ‘courtyard’ view room, it was a hotel room essentially in the basement…with a window in the bedroom that was inaccessible and was below street level. After our first night we let the hotel room know our room had a dampness to everything, our bedding felt wet. They said they would have housekeeping come by to check but never did. We stayed 3 nights and never had housekeeping. Drywall had black mold spots in stairwell. The location itself was great, but I would avoid staying in the basement room if you are able to.

子連れ旅だったので部屋にキッチン、洗濯機、食洗機まで用意されていて便利でした。洗剤類もありました。スペインの家庭では夏場は夕飯なども涼しくなったテラスで食べることが多いため、今回の滞在ではテラスでそんな気分を味わえたのも良かったです。街の中心の小さな小路に位置しますが、怖いことはない裏路です。馬車の通り道ということもあり、道は臭いますが、アパルトメント内やテラスはとても清潔で居心地が良かったです。

We hebben het fantastisch gehad! Het appartement was zeer schoon. Het rook lekker. Het beddengoed en de handdoeken roken heerlijk naar wasmiddel. Alles deed het. De inrichting is zeer smaakvol en mooi. Bij de ingang liggen plattegronden van de stad. De douch was perfect. De zeepjes, bodymilk en shampoo heerlijk! Er lag een extra set schone handdoeken. Ook een strijkijzer en -plank aanwezig. En een fohn! De keuken was zeer volledig: afwasmachine, wasmachine, machineblokjes, servies, glazen en bestek, afwasmiddel, sponsje, keukenrol, wasrek; alles was er!!! Goede waterkoker en koffiemachine. Genoeg thee en koffiecupjes voor de eerste dagen. We hebben niet gekookt, maar dat was geen probleem geweest! De bedden lagen heerlijk. Ook de slaapbank was zeer goed en comfortabel. Goede bedlampjes. Ramen konden goed open voor frisse lucht. We voelden ons veilig. In- en uitchecken ging prima. Alle codes werkten. Laatste dag konden we onze bagage goed veilig opbergen. We mailden Can Savella of iemand een taxi voor ons kon bestellen: geen probleem en snelle reactie. De locatie van dit hotel is top! Midden in het oude centrum met een supermarktje om de hoek. Overal winkeltjes en terrasjes. Kortom: ALLES was perfect. Heel veel dank! Ik zou dit iedereen aanraden en zo zelf weer gaan. Ik heb heel hard gezocht voor een minpuntje: er was geen theedoek in de keuken. Maar was geen probleem, want er was een keukenroil!

ON ARRIVAL THEY HAD NO RECORD OF MY BOOKING. I HAD TO WAIT IN THE STREET FOR20 MINUTES WHILE THEY SORTED IT OUT. CLEAN BUT APPALLING LAYOUT, WITH THE BATHROOM DOWNSTAIRS AND BEDROOM UPSTAIRS. NO TV UPSTAIRS AND TV DOWNSTAIRS NOT ON A SWIVEL AND IMPOSSIBLE TO WATCH FROM THE SOFA. ALSO THE BAREST MINIMUM OF AMENITIES PROVIDED FOR THE PRICE

Bra läge och smidig incheckning

Ligger väldigt centralt i Palma, i Gamla Stan, med shoppingstråken nästan precis utanför dörren. Lägenheten var väl planerad, men låg dock på två olika plan, med sovrum och terrass längst upp. Blev en hel del springande i trapporna. I övrigt så sköttes/ funkade allt väldigt smidigt. Incheckningen sköter man helt själv i foajén och var väldigt snabb och smidig.

Joli duplex

Jolie petit duplex, non loin des centres d intérêts. Très bien équipé ( vaiselle, machines a laver, a vaiselle, café...) Petit bémol sur la propreté de la literie. Trouvé des cheveux longs alors que les miens sont courts. Malgré tout plutôt satisfaite.

Would come back!

Great beautiful apartment that was perfect for us. We had the two floor apartment that made it feel very spacious. The water in the shower had some unconvinient temperature-changes but that is really the only thing. We asume this is because of old pipe-systems in this very old part of the city. The apartments are otherwise super new and nicely designed with everything you need!

Rakennuksen sijainti on täydellinen; lähellä kaikkea, mutta etäällä turistihälinästä. Yöt olivat täydellisen hiljaisia nukkua ja asuntomme terassilla oli lämmin syödä aamupalaa tai nauttia viiniä. Keittiössä oli välineet perusruuan laittoon ja sekä astian- että pyykkikone helpotti lomaa mukavasti. Henkilökunta oli avuliasta ja helposti kiinni saatavissa kun sitä tarvitsi. Suosittelen tätä majoituspaikkaa todellakin - etenkin ylimmän kerroksen terassiasuntoja!

Great location, easy self serve check in, and good correspondence from the can Seville team. Will definitely return, this is my 3rd time visiting Palma old town and everything was great. Only a very small point the appt could just do with having a toaster and a mirror in the bedroom. Apart from that perfect!
