VINTAGE PALMA PALACE (SUPERIOR 4) TI/200

Recently renovated design apartment listed us Turismo de Interior located in an emblematic building in the center of Palma de Mallorca, next to the Plaça de Santa Eulàlia. This is the old "Toy Museum" converted in 2019 into spectacular holiday apartments with all the luxury of details, in which elements of modern design merge with details of the classic Majorcan architecture of much value and some pieces of the museum that in his day it was.

It has a capacity for 2 people, a bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room. We can install a cot, on request, for a cost of €10/day. In the event that you need it, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance.

Both the building and the apartment are fully equipped with all the necessities to enjoy a fantastic stay. The building is located in a very quiet street where vehicles hardly pass. You can enjoy walking through the essence of the city of Palma de Majorca from its historic center.

- A deposit of €250 will be retained during your stay.

-It is totally forbidden to smoke inside the property, in case of not complying with the rule you will be penalized.

-Please keep order and cleanliness inside the apartment.

-Please respect the areas of the community: stairs and hallway, keeping them clean and going through quiet restrictions.

ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, HIGH MUSIC AND THE HOLIDAYS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED! In the case of receiving complaints from neighbors due to excessive noise or annoying behavior by any person in their group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the apartment regardless of whether it is day or night and without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the reservation, remaining also with the deposit.


"Covid-free": This accommodation follows all professional cleaning and prevention protocols to make your stay as comfortable and safe as possible; The entire establishment is private and you will not have direct contact with any person throughout your stay, since it does not have common areas.

Lovely old world charm but modernized
Wonderful spacious apartment with all the amenities we needed. Having a lift was great as well as a well kitted out kitchen and laundry. The location is amazing, but you will have to catch your taxi at the end of the street (very short walk). The restaurants in the area that were recommended were perfect for the vegetarian and meat eater. A short walk to Bips for groceries and we did a fair amount of cooking in the apartment. We really had a lovely time thanks to the team at Vintage Palma Palace

The apartment is in a great location in the centre of Palma in a quiet street in a characterful neighbourhood. We enjoyed our stay. The only downsides were that the air conditioning was poor and fixed at 20 degrees which wasn’t sufficient to properly cool the apartment. Sound insulation isn’t great and the upstairs apartment occupants were quite noisy and one could constantly hear them walking around and scraping chairs presumably due to wooden floors. The outside door needs attention as it slams loudly. But overall a good stay.

Beautiful clean space
I enjoyed my stay very much. It was nice to have amenities such as a large apartment, a kitchen with coffee maker (coffee not provided) and laundry, with detergent. The space was very clean, the bed comfortable and the location very central to the old part of town. The only hiccup would be not having any housekeeping. While the provider was responsive, I did run out of toilet paper. They were supposed to bring more but never did so I had to buy some at the local market. I also had trouble using the indiction stove which is either my inexperience or possibly the pots were not induction ready. Regardless, beautiful apartment!

Das Appartement ist charmant (Vintage) eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet (Mikrowelle, Herd und Backofen, Waschmaschine, Wäschständer, Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen, Wasserkocher). Selbst die wichtigsten Verbrauchsartikel, wie Essig, Öl, Pfeffer, Salz, Zucker und einige Kaffeekapseln für den Kaffeeautomat, sowie eine Grundausstattung zum Abwaschen war vorhanden. Einen kleinen Abzug gibt es, weil wir zunächst zu dritt in einem Bett schlafen mussten, weil wir eine weitere Bettdecke und Bettzeug erst am dritten Tag rein zufällig gefunden haben. Außerdem war es am Abend sehr kalt (Dezember) und es ist uns nicht gelungen, die Heizung zu aktivieren. Auf eine entsprechende Anfrage per Mail an die Agentur kam keine Antwort, Abgesehen davon funktionierte die Kommunikation per WhatsApp sehr gut und die Dame von der Agentur war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. So durften wir z.B. am geplanten Abflugtag länger im Appartement bleiben (bis 16 Uhr statt bis 11 Uhr, da unser Flug erst am Abend gehen sollte ). Als dann unser geplanter Flug gestrichen wurde, ermöglichte sie es uns, weitere Tage im Appartement zu bleiben. Also insgesamt eine absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

Schicke Wohnung in TOP Lage
Das Appartement (Nr.4) in der 1.Etage ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet. Die Matratze war gut! Die zentrale Lage am Eulalia Platz macht einen Mietwagen überflüssig. Einziges Manko: Geräuschemissionen! Die Etage darüber ist nicht trittschall-gedämmt, ein Hotellieferanteneingang vis a vis.
