"Breakfast was excellent. There was not enough reception staff. The day bartender didn’t know how to make drinks or what glasses to use. It was inconvenient to have to take outside elevator to the second floor “ garden” to pick up and return towels. You have to pay $3 a day for your safe key and $10 deposit. Our shower curtain rail kept falling down and the ceiling above the shower was damp and peeling."

"Stayed here for 3 nights all inclusive with a few friends. Plenty of choice of foods at the restaurant and snack bar was frequently replenished during the day. Staff were friendly at all areas of the hotel. A short walk into the Palmanova resort where there was plenty of restaurant choices and a choice of shops. Would return to the hotel with family as the kids club seemed to be quite active and the pool and facilities was suffice to keep everyone entertained. "
