"A little disorganised at check in. Reception staff insisted I present them with a voucher before they would give us access to the room. I had no voucher (is this the 1990s???) and would not accept that a booking in my name would in fact be my reservation!! Not ideal after a 12 hour flight from London. 90 minutes completely wasted and frustrating to say the least. However, that was the only issue with the hotel. "La villa est très bien placée, à quelques mètres d'une très belle plage. Il faut une voiture car il n'y a aucun commerce et restauration accessibles à pied à proximité. La maison est grande mais n'a rien d'une villa de rêve : manque d'entretien général. C'est dommage car il suffirait de quelques petits travaux et nouvelle décoration pour la rendre plus agréable à vivre. Il faudrait la traiter également contre les cafards. Nous n'avons eu aucun accueil, ni de contact avec le propriétaire durant...

"Filthy place. Not half what is advertised. Dirt pool, dirty fridge. No free wifi no free cable tv, not even a bed sheet to cover during the night. 2 towels for 4, of which one scratched. Safety concerns with broken elec near the pool. Room not ready on arrival, breakfast not ready the next day (very basic) birds eating the pervious day leftovers in the restaurant kitchen, not clean either."
