"We were asked to present ourselves at a different address only to find out that they had changed the location of our rooms. Supposedly, our room at the Central Plaza had a plumbing issue that was not resolved. We refused the new rooms and asked to cancel our reservation but they would not refund us. We pushed the issue and suddenly our rooms were available again. Rooms more spacious, better location but really run down. Beds were dipping in the middle or sloping to the sides. "Alojamiento muy bien ubicado frente a entrada centro historico de Lecce. Muy buenas instalaciones modernas con limpieza diaria y cambio de toallas.y agua sin cargo en el refrigerador Zona con mucha oferta gastronomica y tranquila Lo unico negativo que la primer mañana 8.30 nos despertaron ya que en el.piso de arriba estaban con obras y hubo muchisimo ruido Pero solo fue esa mañana las 3 siguientes sin problema"

"La struttura non si è dimostrata come nelle foto la stanza era poco curata nell’ arredamento e nella pulizia il letto era scomodo con un copri letto vecchio e sporco, il bagno era poco curato nel water e nella doccia c’erano macchie nere l’intonaco vicino le pareti che cadeva e la luce dello specchio era fulminata. La colazione era poco però tutto fresco e buono. Peccato solo per la stanza molto deluso."

They provide a great spread of breakfast with fresh fruit, healthy bits and tasty fresh cakes. On our last morning, they opened breakfast early only for us. Our room was cleaned every day such as the pool and surrounding. Keep up the great work guys!"

"Nice staff, modern room with a partial sea view, very reasonable prices, convenient for train station and 15 minutes walk to old town. Supermarket and cafeteria attached to the building. Food was nice."

"the apartment was very clean, spacious, modern and comfortable. A kitchenette forms part of the apartment. Massimo the owner, was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is only a few minutes walk from the historical centre. The only downside that we were at the second floor and there is no lift. A big plus Massimo's father runs the shop next door to the apartments and he is there from very early in the morning till late in the evening. "

"Vittoria Luxury House was very clean and well presented. We were kindly welcomed on arrival and the host shared some great recommendations for lecce. However, it is located on a main road and is not very easy to find as there is a lack of signage. Additionally there is little parking nearby (closest car park was the train station which was €25 for 24hrs and a 20 minute walk away). Although, the host was available on the phone to help guide us. "The room had mold and mildew growing along the doors and in the bathroom. This is a health concern as I am an asthmatic. Additionally, this is not a Bed and Breakfast in the traditional sense. It is an apartment that is managed offsite (it feels as though one apartment has been remodeled into 3 separate bedrooms with one having a kitchenette).
