"We really appreciated how easy and quick it was to communicate with the host. It was clean and felt safe. With a family of 6 we were happy to have beach toys and beach chairs. There was shampoo and conditioner and basic kitchen essentials and plenty of towels, and having a washer dryer was so helpful. The security gate people were always friendly and helpful. This was a great stay we highly recommend it. The beach is at the far end of the complex and that was a big bonus."

From Playa Azul there is a stunning walk around the peninsula, through the shallows to Luquillo beach and the famous kioskos. It was one of the most stunningly beautiful beach walks ever and rarely crowded. The studio apartment is well located, simple and convenient and clean. Julio, the host was very attentive and helpful. "This was a great property. It was clean and Carmen made sure we felt welcome. The pools were great and the kids played in them everyday. Carmen even had a basketball so we could play on the courts. The condo is very well stocked, she even had sandwich bags, a cooler and chairs to take on our many beach outings. Plenty of towels, kitchenware, beach toys and anything else you could think of. The lanai was nice for sitting out in the morning drinking coffee, which I had forgot to get filters for...

"This condo was the perfect location for us to use as a home base while we explored the eastern side of Puerto Rico! It is right next to the marina which offers multiple snorkeling tour opportunities. Also a short dive to the rainforest as well as the ferry boat to Culebra!The condo itself was clean and exactly as advertised. The beach towels and in-unit washer/dryer were a huge bonus (we used them every day!Rebecca was a great host and communication exceeded our expectations!"
