Acommodation ok, staff friendly, but despite numerous enquiries, no hot water for two days and one morning. Sorry the pipes are old is not an excuse. Staff training needed to ensure staff know how to handle a complaint. This has a big impact on how accommodation is viewed.

Comfortable stay with a good price

I was pleased with the accommodation overall. The location is handy to lots of things and the bed was super comfortable and the room quite spacious. The decor and the bathroom is a little dated in decor and fixtures, but this is of little importance to me. I thought the room was quite reasonable for the price.

Beds were warm and comfortable, shower nice and hot but very hard to find right temperature with old style knob turn mixer. No Wifi in my room coupled with early 90's tube TV meant virtually zero entertainment value. Price is budget which is why I chose it but at least a toaster would have been nice

This Motel room was terrible, unclean, unsafe with broken electrical features, the room I was in was nothing like what was in the pictures. The TV was from the 90's and didnt work, the carpet was stained all over with what looked like blood. the bathroom was disgusting. I would never stay here again!

Well, I knew it was only 3 star so I kinda knew what I was getting into. The first issue, signage for this please is very, very poor. It's part of the Copthorne building and it took me some time to figure that out. Secondarily the condition of the room is well past its glory days. Everything about the room from the bed to the toilet really needs a face left. On the positive side, Staff was really amazing!

The room was very dated in every aspect. No AC (a cheap electric fan) Dark even with every light in the room on and worn room and fittings. 14 inch tube tv? Hadn't seen one outside a Waste Management Center for years! The place needs to be either seriously refurbished or torn down. Met 4 other guests who up graded the very next night to the main hotel. I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone but those on a very strict budget and staying only the one night. This place is 1970 Dunedin. Will not be returning .
