"We had already managed our expectations for this hotel in the small town of Kluang but it’s way worse. Both of the rooms were dusty especially the toilet doors and the bed headboards which looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages. The four walls were peeling. And don't even get me started on the cockroaches! Some of the rooms didn't even have windows! Save yourself the horror and stay far away from this place."

"This hotel is a plain Jane, a place to sleep only. The bed was adequate. You cannot even relax in the room as there was only one chair. We were in a "deluxe room". That's a stretch. The bathroom is a simple as they come, with the very basics. There were no shelves for you toiletries. But the shower was large. The hallway was very sparse. The elevator service was good but has no ventilation, very stuffy and smelly. There was loud music and radio on our 3rd floor. The only bright spot is the lobby...

"We stayed for a night or more each week over the past month. It was on the second floor. Bad mistake for the cheaper rooms. Its complete with dust, bed bugs, filthy tubs, broken showers and leaky pipes to name a few. The AC in some rooms were non existent. What is worse is to be covered in red itchy welts from bed bugs. Not sure if they even wash those worn brown blankets. TV is just furniture - does not work or you get snow. Door locks are not always working properly to leave you secure. Then...
