This apartment in semi-detached log housein the area of Paltamo golf centre was completed in 2003. Oulujärvi-lake 50 m. Floor area 70 m². Combined living room & kitchen, sauna (electric heating), washroom, toilet, storageroom and balcony. On ground floor there is one bedroom with twin bed, upstairs there is one bedroom with separate beds for four.

Bublic beach 500 m (Metelinniemi). Internet. Air source heat pump. Solar panel system. Kajaani 36 km, Spa Holiday Club Katinkulta 45 km, Paltamo Golfcourse 200 m, Vuokatti ski slope 45 km, cross country track 300 m. Beach 50 m, swimming beach (public) 300 m.

Price doesn´t include linen and cleaning. Check in at 4 pm on arrival day and check out at 11 on departure day, also on a weekend stay. Pets allowed at extra price (inc. 1-2 pets).
