We've stayed at other Home2Suites with a good wxperience, but this one had a few issues. The thermostat in the room was awful. When we checked in, the room was cold. We turned the temp up to 73 degrees. The heat came on and it warmed up nicely. But by the time the thermostat registered the warmup, it was 75 degrees so then it switched to air conditioning and began blowing cold air! It was right by the bed, so it was not pleasant. The shower also has very anemic flow. A good shower is important and this one was a big fail. Everything else was fine and all was clean, but these problems were deal breakers. We won't stay at this particular H2S again.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Home2 Suites by Hilton Lexington Hamburg during a road trip, and we must say, it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with genuine warmth and professionalism by the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure every guest has a memorable experience. The hotel was immaculately clean—a true standout! Every corner, from the lobby to the rooms and even the common areas, was spotless and well-maintained. It was clear that cleanliness is a top priority here, which made our stay not only comfortable but also incredibly reassuring. Overall, if you're passing through Lexington or need a convenient and comfortable place to stay, we can't recommend Home2 Suites by Hilton Lexington Hamburg highly enough. Between the spotless accommodations and the outstanding staff, this hotel is a gem. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in the area!

Decent breakfast. Clean hotel. Nice kitchen area in the room with enough space for all the kids to have their own spot. Only complaint was hotel lady at the front desk seemed like she needed to be somewhere else. Seemed like an annoyance that we were checking in. Later, around four my kids asked if they could have a chocolate chip cookie (they were there at check in but by the time we put luggage away they were gone an hour later when we came down). She rudely said “no there is only enough for the people at checkin” to which I replied “well six of us checked in just a little while ago so there should be enough”. She seemed very annoyed by us.

We attended a Gala event downtown. Room was nice. Comfortable beds-bedding, the Iron leaked. Guests above us were loud-noisy and apparently all the doors slam shut.
