The Best Beach-Front House “Get-A-Way” in Florida

This oversized, 4000 sq. foot multifamily building is split into three totally separate townhomes. Each of which lives as a separate house-- very quiet, private and the best part of all is that you have THREE MILES OF PRIVATE BEACHFRONT -- many days, it’s all completely to yourself-- 50 steps from your front porch. As we all know, this just does not exist in many places anymore. And I don't just mean blah, blah, beachfront, I mean a beautiful beachfront that's an adult’s, as well as a kid’s paradise. Kids and dogs run free, all of which can be watched over from the large, private front porch, holding a drink in hand and nap ‘round the corner. Just look at my pictures. I have grandchildren and there is no, I repeat no place, they would rather be than at the beach house at St. Teresa. We go as often as we can- which is why anytime it's not rented, we’re there. Another year or two and I will stop renting it again. There’s a reason why there are only 3 or 4 rentals on all of St. Teresa Beach- it’s priceless. Go see for yourself. You'll go back, I promise.

When we come to the Rising Sun, we decompress. Mornings on the porch with coffee, a slow walk on the beach with a clear mind, then a fantastic fire in the pit while star gazing. This one is a keeper!

This is a beautiful place to stay right on the beach. With a covered front and back porch, there is so much room for a family to hang out. The kitchen was great too and the beach was right out the back door. Very dog friendly beach and very friendly people! Can’t wait to go back.

My husband and I along with our two small dogs were looking for a place to relax. This was the perfect spot. The dogs were able to run free without their leashes and took their first ocean swim. The back porch was perfect for reading and listening to the ocean. Can’t wait to come back!!!

We have stayed at multiple rentals on STB, and this house was one of our favorites. Great location on the beach, wonderful and spacious back porch, comfortable house, outdoor shower, and owner provides everything you need for a perfect and relaxing beach vacation with the family. Great space that opens onto a lovely, uncrowded, beautiful beach! For us, to be able to have the living room and primary bedroom each open onto this spacious screened-in porch, which is 20 steps from the ocean was absolutely perfect! We sure hope to come back!

We knew after we stayed here in 2022 that we would be back. With small children having the beach be your backyard is unbeatable. The home is beautiful; the furniture is very comfortable, and it continues to be the most relaxing vacation for our family. Our children have so much fun here. Lifelong memories. As long as this home can be rented we will keep coming back.

We were very happy with our stay! Comfortable master suit bed, and kitchen was well stocked with any utensil needed. We loved being able to walk out the condo door and the beach was right there. Beautiful beach, not congested, and people were so friendly. We would definitely rent this again!

It was the most relaxing week we have had in a long time. We came with friends who stayed in the other unit and it was so relaxing knowing our children could play while we relaxed on the porch. Sharks, snails and sand everyday!!! Thank you for such a great experience!

The beach just feet away from your door is what makes this property. We loved being far from the nearest fast food chains and tourist attractions and having a spot that is all about the ability to wander the beach and observe the wildlife - including white squirrels and osprey! Incredibly comfy beds and a fantastic set up for spending hours on the porch watching the waves while it rained.
