Beautiful & Very SPACIOUS~ This condo has been updated making it great for a vacation.

Nice balcony seating, 4 New high-seat Balcony chairs & a Chaise lounger.

Couples & FAMILIES ONLY ... No Student groups allowed. If you are under 25 and your parents aren't with you, you cannot rent this unit.

Great Winter Getaway
Our stay was one of the best beach trips that we have ever had. This was our first time visiting the beach during the winter. We definitely will be back. The condo had everything that we needed. We just needed to provide groceries and snacks. It was a plus that the pool was heated and a hot tub during cooler temperatures. The location of the condo was in a prime location and close to most amenities. We really enjoyed ourselves and my daughter really enjoyed celebrating her birthday with family at the beach.

Great property!
We had an amazing time this week! The elevators were not crowded like in other resorts, we didn’t have to wait long, if at all. The 7th floor was perfect. Walk to the beach was minimal, pool was not crowded, even for the middle of July. The condo was super clean, and spacious. The owner was very nice and we were even able to check in early due to cleaning being done. Check-in process was the easiest we’ve ever had, and we come to PCB several times a year. Perfect for families with small children and teenagers. They even provide a couple of comfortable beach chairs and an umbrella if you don’t want to use the beach chair service they offer with your booking, or if you have people flying in that don’t have beach chairs. We will definitely book again.

My family visited PCB for Spring Break and we had an excellent stay in this condo. The owner/manager was very helpful from the time of booking all the way through the stay. the condo is beautiful and has awesome views. the check in and out process was very easy. the location is perfect if you want to be a little farther away from the crowds. The kitchen has everything you could need. We cooked in most meals and had everything we needed! Definitely will stay here again!
