The recently renovated, well-stocked kitchen has beautiful granite counters, custom cabinets and stainless-steel appliances. A gas grill is also provided.
A half bath and laundry room with washer/dryer is on the main floor. Upstairs has two bedrooms, each with a connecting private bath. Listen to "beach music" in the spacious gulf front master that has a super-comfortable King bed, with Premium Luxe mattress/soft sheets & HD TV.
The second bedroom also has same high-end Queen mattress/bed & HD TV.

Christmas Vacation

The host was very attentive, courteous, professional, and friendly. The view of the sunset was amazing!!! It was so beautiful sitting on the deck listening to the waves roll in. This will definitely be my go to place to stay anytime I am in this area.

Awesome beach location

We stayed 6 nights in this lovely townhouse on the beach. The scenery was perfect and we could fully see the gulf from the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom. The host was responsive and the home was clean, well furnished and cared for. There are very nice personal touches throughout, such as decks of cards and binoculars by a window. Our favorite spots were the balcony and the deck. Appliances were high quality and the furniture was comfortable with seating for guests. Also dog friendly! We hope to return!

Fall Break Getaway

This property was a perfect location for our little getaway with my elderly in-laws. The parking space is right in front of the door to the condo. The deck outside provides a large space to sit out and enjoy the ocean and beach. The walk to access the beach is very short and easy to navigate. The owners were easy to communicate with as needed.

PARADISE!!

This was our 2nd time to stay at this fabulous property. Decorated to feel like "home" & not a rental. The views are amazing and the deck is equipped with all the furniture you need to just sit back, relax, and enjoy the sounds and views of the ocean. Mr Walt goes out of his way to add some great extras in the house such as: a portable speaker to use on the deck ( we used it everyday!) and binoculars to catch the ocean life. We saw a Manta Ray jump out of the water 3 times our 1st day, so cool! We celebrated the New Year here and all you have to do is sit on the deck and watch the fireworks from the pier. It's our favorite place to stay in PCB!! We will be back again!

Beach Family Vacation

It was really peaceful and relaxing just to sit on the balcony and listen to the waves! We enjoyed our days and evenings on the beach! The owners provided beach toys, chairs, etc. for the kids. They truly thought of everything down to coolers and a small speaker to take to the beach.

Perfect Location!

What a perfect spot on Panama City Beach! Close to everything and what a view out to the beach and water from every where in the condo. Lots of helpful info provided by the hosts and very well equipped unit. The deck is so lovely, especially at sunset and at night. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Total Relaxation Paradise

This condo was a perfect home away from home with tiny touches that made an automatic relaxing and a stress-free stay! Woke up and went to sleep with the sound of waves. Panama Fun

We came down for a soccer tournament . I think of the location as party in the front and serene in the back. The house is gorgeous inside, well themed.
