Owner is nearby and constantly was in contact. My adult children constantly felt watched. He was controlling the air conditioner and kept turning it up during the day. So the upstairs struggled cooling. I kept all windows closed and tried to keep it cool but when he turns it up to 76/78 repeatedly during the day it doesn’t happen. When we arrived there was actual food and trash spread all over the backyard. I had to literally take a trash bag and clean the backyard as soon as we arrived. He even asked for us to leave the property one morning for several hours, dogs and all. It was an insane trip. House could be nice.

Excellent well kept beach house
We had an amazing stay at this beach house, walkable to the beach yet secluded from the hustle and bustle. House has great amenities such as arcade, Xbox and outdoor games. Beds were new and comfortable. We could walk to some local entertainment and restaurants. Amazing!

Clean and modern beach house
This is a super well kept beach house very close to the beach. We enjoyed staying in this clean house with great amenities. Kids enjoyed playing video games on Xbox and Arcade. The neighborhood is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. The home is spacious, kitchen was well stocked. We will definitely come back.
