Only a few items of note: 1) Don't assume that walking out to the closest entry point to the beach will mean space to setup your umbrella and chairs. "The property was beautiful, very clean, great location. It is literally steps away from the shore and is so relaxing to be able to enjoy the beautiful views and beaches without hoards of people. There were neighbors and others, but room to relax without being deserted. The amenities were excellent, updated throughout. Our only complaint was not enough dishes, glasses or pots. "The condos view was amazing! excellent! , the inside needs updating and it had a musty smell. dust or spider webs on sconces and light fixtures. The carpet needs to be replaced. "2 separate spaces. Only way to access each was outside but not a problem. Each floor had 3 br 2 bath. Very beautiful house & close to beach. Great area to stay. Nice area in back with pool. Only downfall was pool wasn’t heated and was cold in Oct but that didn’t bother the kids.There is wooden planks outside on part of the walkway to downstairs unit and by shower. All of them was buckled up and a tripping hazard & very slick by the shower. My 4 yo granddaughter slipped and bumped head while...
