"Loved staying here. We were only meant to stay for 2 nights, but ended up staying for 9! I would say a motorbike is needed but I would still consider a great location as it really gives you the feeling of island life. We loved the pool, the rooms and complex were cleaned and maintained regularly. Really helpful staff too! We hope to be back in the future! "

"Golden Palm was a nice, well kept resort. Nice gardens and the pools were wonderful. The rooms are standard but the air conditioning works well and we had a nice balcony. The breakfast was just ok, but the staff of the hotel were very nice and helpful. The resort is on a quiet street around the corner from several restaurants, cafes, bars and Alona Beach. Great location to have a quiet sleep, but nearby the action. Would recommend staying here."

"Great location, close to Alona beach but you will need a motorbike. Great service and very friendly and polite staff. The room is well equipped: air conditioning, minibar, hot water. Great pool, great breakfast buffet with diverse choices. Laundry service also available with good price."

"The rooms are a decent size with comfy beds. The small patio with table & chairs was a really nice addition. The pool looked clean, although we were only there for 1 night, so didn’t use it. The staff were very friendly & helpful. They suggested taking a tuktuk down to the beach for supper & that was fun. Lots of restaurants to choose from. "
