"lovely place in the quiet countryside. only 10-15mins drive to the nearest town for restaurants, shops etc.. Perfect if you want to stay away from the traffic/town noise. I was only 30mins drive from Rennes which was perfect. The hosts are very friendly, welcoming and their food is excellent. "

"DO NOT book this hotel. Made my reservation well in advance and when I had travelled 12 hours to get to this hotel for what I thought was going to be a romantic weekend the hotel was completely shut and gated up. The drive up to the hotel was also really sketchy. It's next to a hospital and kids sporting grounds covered in graffiti and rubbish. Do not be deceived by the photos. The grounds are awful and the owner obviously doesn't care about the customers. Appalling service. Please please...

"Spent a sunday night in this delightful hotel an old building renovated and preserving the character. It is very French but the staff are very helpful and speak English. Although the restaurant was closed when we arrived they provided a private buffet for us which was delicious. We had no wants from the staff but you got the feeling nothing was too much trouble.We are planning to return when the restaurant is open, I can not recommend this place more."

"Hope you like cats... lots of them roaming around the place along with their particular smells. (Yuk) The decour - like stepping back in time twenty years. Owners were good and well intentioned. "A great stay for 3 generations of our family in this historic house. We had good weather and loved the garden and pool, but also the convenience of the location. An easy walk to the nearby lake for swimming/kayaks etc. bakery is opposite and short drive to supermarket. Market up the road for food on a Thursday morning.
