"High quality hotel with good fitness facilities including an outdoor and indoor pool (water is a bit cold though). Rooms are huge with a very comfortable bed, and are very clean and well maintained. WiFi in rooms is not great, better in the lobby. No bar that I could find and info on where the two restaurants are located was poorly signposted and poor info on them in the room. They are on level B by the way. E-cafe Western restaurant was ok, but they literally had the same buffet...

"The hotel is very old. Gym equipment does not work at all. Air conditioning is very weak. The surrounding area is heavy under construction. very loud in the morning."

"It was a short business trip to Guangzhou. The front desk and reception service was excellent. As a foreigner, I have difficulty in arranging a taxi. The staff (Wechat nick name La La) help me to book a taxi each time I needed one. The hotel location is excellent as it is very near to subway station and a big shopping mall. Thank you. "

"Room is very clean, and very comfy too. Hotel service still needs some improvement. Public transportation is a bit limited. Very hard to find taxi, and far from subway. Only public bus is accessable. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who only want to visit university."
