"Communication with the management company was difficult and they didn't respond with good information. The unit had been sitting empty for a time was dusty and the washer and dryer had to be wiped down. There is basically no out side sitting except the tiny balcony off of the upstairs master suite. The only comfortable sitting in the great room is one recliner. Overall the unit looks similar to the pictures and is well stocked and spacious."

"The house is beautiful, well stocked and clean with stunning views! Just perfect for what we needed for our girls trip with friends. We had 3 moms, 2 adult daughters and everyone had their own space. There is a lot of new construction in the neighborhood so a little noisy on weekdays but that didn’t stop the fun!"

The casa C-410 was excellent and had amazing views.
It is 4 floors up so will be an issue for people with mobility issues.
The only issue we had was which concierge we were working with each day.
Got a bit confusing on who we were texting with and who was not working that day.
However, that being said, it was so nice to have people at your disposal to help with your needs and arrangements. It made our stay so easy and relaxing!!
The property management team does an amazing job and the grounds and house were very well taken care of!!

"The Rich Coast Vacations group was excellent to deal with. Communication before and during our stay was great and a few minor issues with the house were quickly resolved. We rented a vehicle from them and they treated us fairly. We were even able to get discounts on activities even prior to our stay at the house. The house is beautiful with great views, has one of the best equipped kitchens and BBQ areas we've ever rented and had a lot of outdoor seating. We were a family of 6 renting and there would be easily enough to accommodate a group of 8. It should be noted and it was included in the listing that there is some construction in the area. The location is great, with plenty of beaches nearby and we felt safe at all times. A special thanks to all the staff at Rich Coast for being such great hosts."
