"This property is older but impeccably maintained. Staff is super friendly - especially Savanah, who greeted us with a smile and was helpful and kind in everyway. We had booked another 'resort' for the week only to cancel after one night. We were able to book a room at Tapatio Cliffs for the remainder of our trip and Savanah put us in the perfect room after hearing our stories of woe from the other property we had left. We encountered staff all over the resort and all were beyond friendly and kind. Thank you Tapatio Cliffs for saving our girls' trip! Best part is we stayed within the budget we had set for our lodging. "

That was super convenient and the staff was so helpful throughout our stay. Everyone just had the most positive vibes and that was really helpful because it was my first time traveling with my father and it was a little stressful. They really made me feel at home and like I could ask them for anything anytime. The hotel room was spectacular. All the amenities you would need. And the breakfast was absolutely delicious. 10 out of 10 recommend!"
