"Just a 5 day stopover. Nicoli and clairi (apologies if spelt wrong) could not have been more welcoming. Breakfast was wonderful every day. Just a 10 min stroll to town and ferry port. Lovely beach 20min stroll or 3 min bus ride away with tavernas. The one slight negative is the walking after dark around the hotel. There are no street lights and little in the way of pavement... So be careful.! "

"This beach house was quite remote but did its job for the purpose of beaching and purely relaxing. If you plan on staying longer than a week, a car rental would benefit you as it is about a 10-15 minute drive from the main port of Tinos. If not renting a car you will be paying 10-15€ in taxi per ride. "It’s difficult to put into words how phenomenal this place is. Yes it’s a bit of a walk from the parking area (5 minutes max) but the hotel will send someone to help carry luggage. It has gorgeous rooms, very very comfortable beds, and stunning views. You can arguably find these things elsewhere too BUT what set this place apart is the staff; especially Panagiotis, the extraordinary, knowledgeable and exceptionally kind host. Sitting with him and learning about the history of Tinos, life on the island and life in general has been the highlight of my summer! "

"Really loved our stay at Hotel Omiros. It's a very charming heritage building with an amazing view of the harbour. The staff were all wonderful and very helpful. Pros: 1. Very close to town. A few steps and a pleasant walk. 2. Very charming building with really good interior decor. 3. Balcony was great and had an amazing view. Some cons: 1. The mattress needs to be replaced. It's very hard and not comfortable at all. Couldn't sleep well. 2. I understand it's an old building but for you to lock the door from the inside, you have to use a key. You also need a key to unlock it from the inside. If there is a fire, you won't be able to make it out quickly. I didn't feel safe knowing that. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. "
