"La Maison des Greves is a lovely property, ideal for either a relaxing break or as the focal point for visiting the many historic sites which the area has to offer. "We spent two nights at the gites with a group of 20. We don't speak French, but we wanted to see Mont Saint Michel. The manager didn't speak English, so we had a communication problem from the beginning. "This property has it all: great location right near a cute village, a view of Mont St. Michel, 12 mins to the center of a lovely small city for good dining options and practicalities (Avranches), generally great amenities, wonderful heated pool. The host was super sweet and communicative. The only suggestion for improvement would be for the owner to invest in some portable fans as, with climate change, things can get quite warm even at night. This is a highly recommended property!"

"The property is not as shown in photos on website. These photos are from several years ago and do not reflect it’s current state. It is very tired and in need of an update. For the price paid I would not expect to arrive and have bed sheets that were many years old (they were clean), a broken toilet seat and a dirty barbecue! Whilst the village is very rural there is nothing there so please ensure you stock up on supplies."

"A very warm welcome, a very clean and comfortable property with everything we needed. Comfortable beds. The pools and outside areas were fantastic and the children loved them. A beautiful quiet area with well stocked supermarkets nearby. Highly recommend this property. "

"We are a 4 generation family that stayed 5 days and had the most wonderful time. The house comfortably accommodated 14 of us ranging in age from 2 - 79 years. The views are amazing and there is a large yard with a trampoline and swing set that entertained our younger ones for many hours. The 2 kitchens are well equipped and it is a nice walk to the lovely village. I highly recommend this rental."
