Great location, short walk to Louvre, Opera and many other attractions. Busy area with many Japanese and Korean restaurants. Relatively quiet on side street off Opera, close to Metro.
Tiny room but it’s Paris. Breakfast choices fine, coffee excellent. Front desk helpful. Recommend.

We (2 adults, aged 27) stayed here for 2 nights. We wanted something central in Paris that would be easy to travel from. We were really close to 2 metro stations - Charles de Gaulle Etoile and Ternes. Excellent for connecting to the whole city. We were also a short walk from the Champs Elysees. We found the hotel to be clean and comfortable and staff to be very welcoming. We really only used the hotel as a place to lay our heads so can’t comment on the rest of the facilities. The area around the hotel felt safe and there were a number of options close by for food and drink. We found that noise traveled both from other guests and from outside but this wouldn’t put me off staying here again as location outways any negatives. A great hub for exploring the beautiful city of Paris.

Great location / boutique hotel. Breakfast and service was excellent, had balcony room and it was perfect, just as expected. Easy to walk everywhere. Would stay again

"Stayed in the Greenery apartment, the window vines are extremely overgrown and you can't see past them when you open the window (as of 11/24). Below the window is where people sit to smoke, so it does end up inside the apartment. The bedloft stairs are very steep, wouldnt reccomend for kids under ..."
