From Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG)
Taxi: Approximately 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic. Estimated fare: €50 - €60.
Public Transport: Take the RER B train to Gare du Nord, then transfer to Metro Line 5 (Direction Place d'Italie) and get off at Laumière. Our property is just a 5-minute walk from there. Journey time: About 50 minutes. Cost: Around €11.

From Orly Airport (ORY)
Taxi: Approximately 40-50 minutes, depending on traffic. Estimated fare: €35 - €45.
Public Transport: Take the Orlyval to Antony, then the RER B to Gare du Nord. Transfer to Metro Line 5 (Direction Place d'Italie) and alight at Laumière. We’re a short walk away. Journey time: About 1 hour. Cost: €12.50.

From Gare du Nord Train Station
Taxi: Around 10-15 minutes. Estimated fare: €10 - €15.
Public Transport: Board Metro Line 5 (Direction Place d'Italie) and get off at Laumière. Our property is a short stroll from the station. Journey time: About 10 minutes. Cost: €1.90.

Comfort and Convenience: Bed linen and towels are provided for your stay.
Professional Housekeeping: Cleaning services are available upon arrival and departure to ensure the apartment is spotless.

Family-Friendly Services:
Cot and High Chair: Available upon request with 72 hours' notice, subject to availability. Please note that baby linen is not provided.

Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time begins at 2:00 PM. until 10:00 PM. Subject to availability, we can welcome you from 10:00 PM to midnight and a supplement of 20€ will be asked. After midnight, the check in can only be possible the next day from 9:30 AM.
Check-out time is 10:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.
A concierge service will send you the details of an agent who will give you the keys to my apartment. He will answer your questions about the apartment and how it works, as well as about the neighborhood.

Deposit Requirement:
Security Deposit: A €250 deposit is required, payable online by credit card via SWIKLY. Refunds are processed within 8-14 days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.

Additional Charges:
Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.
Cigarette Odor: €450 if smoking is detected.
Additional Key: Available for stays of 15 days or more.
Lost Keys: Fees range from €100 to €500, depending on the type of key.

Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Key Handling: Do not leave keys on the door or inside the apartment.
Noise: Respect neighbors by keeping noise levels down. Loud noises may result in deposit deductions.

Internet Etiquette:
Usage Restrictions: Do not use the internet for unauthorized reproduction or viewing of copyrighted content. We are not responsible for internet malfunctions from telecom operators.

Professional Usage & Photography:
Restrictions: No photo shoots, filming, professional appointments, or commercial use without prior approval. Contact us for rates and permissions.

Age Requirement:
Minimum Age: The minimum age to book is 23 years. Guests under 23 must be accompanied by an adult who meets the age requirement. Non-compliance will result in a denial of stay with no refunds.
