It was a great property for our first trip to Paris. Luckily, it was near the tram station and metro and it honestly didn’t take long to get into Paris. Not even an hour. The staff was always very helpful and friendly. Also, our room was really great for the value of how much we spent. Clean and comfortable.

The cleaning crew knocks on your door starting at 7:30am to get you out of the room early, even though that is hours before checkout time and keeps knocking until you leave. Also no air conditioning, as advertised, and the lobby is used as a sit-down meeting and meal room for several long term guests. Cleaning during your stay is an extra charge.The toilets are slow to flush fully because the drain line is mounted sideways to the wall rather then through the floor.

NEVER STAY HERE

Communication was horrible between myself and the staff. I had no idea who the staff were because they were all wearing various forms of street clothes. The room was tiny and smelled horrible. They bed was as hard as a rock and the sheets were scratchy. The walls were so thin I knew that the person next me was having a midnight sex fest. The pool was a joke. Not clean and NOT OPEN on the weekends. The breakfast was mediocre at best and you had an employee looming over you to hurry up and finish eating. I would never recommend this hotel to my worst enemy
