Room was very clean and bed super comfortable. Staff was very professional and attentive. However, the room amenities lacked items that would have made this stay great. For example, bathroom did not have wash clothes; only two thin towels and hand towels. Could have provided better shampoo, conditioner, hand lotion and more toilet paper. Kitchen was very tiny and lacked space. Did not have dish rack nor paper towels. Bedroom lacked full size night stands - there was little space for items. No dressers in room only a small closet. No space to store luggage. For the price we paid this should have been a higher end setup. Otherwise the location was great.

There was no hand soap or body soap at all in our rooms and we couldn’t get anything. They would clean your room but there was a $75 fee to do so. That includes asking for fresh bath towels.

Very nice, clean and friendly hotel located close to Gare de Lyon and bus and Metro stations. Our room was very spacious with a small kitchenette area. It was so easy to get around the city to all the major attractions. Would definitely recommend.

Great place, I would book with Appart' City again & recommend the place to friends and family. It met my expectation of what a 4-star hotel should be/provided. Everything was new and modern, including the ability to seamlessly connect to wifi and cast digital content onto their TV in Gare De Lyon.

Unexpectedly had to book a room around 11pm with a plane taking off at 9am. The hotel was simply beautiful, we wished we had stayed a few more nights. Would definitely stay here again

All of the staff, with the exception of one person, were extraordinarily friendly, helpful, and warm. The room was great -- spacious, comfortable and practical. I needed to do a lot of work at my computer and the table worked well as a desk and there was enough light. Sundeck would have been great if it hadn't been raining when I was there!

Well located close to Gare de Lyon and several metro stations on different lines. Room was well appointed, although smaller than I anticipated, with small kitchenette and good sized shower room. Everything worked, including air conditioning which was absolutely necessary! Comfortable beds. Initially we were allocated a double room although we’d reserved a twin studio but this was rectified.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was well served, with many options and very reasonable priced comparing with options around the hotel. The facilities were great, very clean and modern. Only detail was that the housekeepers miss certain things when cleaning the room, like dish towels or dishrags and they do not provide wash cloths. Love the neighborhood and I would go bach for sure!

We stayed for 6 nights and found the hotel a great one in terms of proximity to key train and metro stations which makes travel so easy. Also, the room is spacious and style as shown in the pictures. The lobby is lovely. Only 2 comments were 1. can have a bigger bedside table and allow space for mobile charging and a glass of water 2. we havee no clue that we have to ask front desk for coffee capsule every morning. Suggest it should be mentioned at check-in and have a box of capsule at desk front for the guest to pick up. Other than these 2 minor ones, it's a great hotel and will definitely come back.

Modern, Clean Apartment, staff were nice and helpful especially Ms. Madeeha, she was great; She represents the true definition of hospitality (Thank you Madeeha) for your help and kindness with us and especially our 2 daughters. The whole accomodation experience was great not to forget to thank Noor and all the staff members we interacted with whom unfortunately I don't remember all their names.
