Situated on the 1st floor of a little residence (without elevator), this very nice flat with a tasteful decoration of 60 sq. m, non overviewed, includes:
- a beautiful furnished terrace with an inflatable jacuzzi (from May 15th to October 15th),
- a modern living room with a comfortable sofa bed,
- a bedroom with a double-bed,
- a well-equipped open-plan kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge, hotplates),
- a bathroom with balneo bathtub,
- a bathroom with shower-bathtub,
- vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, ironing equipment,
- TV and Wi-Fi,
- a private parking lot.

Please note that the jacuzzi shouldn't be used after 10PM.

If you feel like shopping, you will be located a 10-min car ride from two of the largest shopping centers in the Paris region: Val d'Europe and La Vallée Village. Lastly, thanks to public transport, you will have easy access to the center of Paris to enjoy all its emblematic places and monuments.
