Our room was small but perfect! It was on a corner had a lovely view of tree tops with a balcony, table and chairs. Great breakfast, great restaurants nearby, great public transport, walking dulistance to the Gare-du-Nord train station. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay! We had a decent sized room next to the elevator. The hotel was easy to find and close to Gare du Nord, the staff was friendly and very helpful. The room itself was cozy but here and there a bit dated. The showerhead was leaking however which negatively affected the water pressure. Breakfast was somewhat small but there was enough to chose from. We'd say money well spent!

This is an older hotel but it has undergone renovation in the past. The staff were professional and polite. The room was adequate and had a small balcony overlooking the street. Everything was clean. The breakfast they offer in the morning was very good and the seating area includes outside tables. It is close to Gare du Nord so transportation to anywhere in Paris including the airport is fast and convenient. I would stay here on another trip to Paris.

Great location, walking distance to Montmartre and Gare du Nord. Near many forms of public transportation making it easy to get to some of the main attractions. Room was spacious and hotel offers shuttle to airport at a great rate. Area is noisy, didn’t bother us, so be careful if your a light sleeper. I would stay here again..

We had a fantastic stay at Avalon Paris! The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from Gare du Nord, making it easy to explore the city. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a relaxing stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with any questions. We especially appreciated the charming atmosphere and great value for money. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris!
