First they do not give enough information. Not close to CDG. Transport is poor, this should be on their website take shuttle to roissypole, take bus x93 or 27 to Vergers. When I called I was only told hotel shuttle runs every 30 minutes. But there is no hotel shuttle between 10:30 and 17:00. I booked their shuttle through the Expedia's mail to contact hotel which they responded to. They told me I had not booked.
They are not exactly rude but brusque, they answer questions as if they are expecting trouble, so I had minimal contact with them. Very different from other hotels I have stayed in which cannot help you enough.
This is the first hotel I have stayed in with no phone in the room. Just goes to show they want your money but otherwise you should not be seen or heard. I wondered what would happen if you had an emergency. Which we did. We were woken up by a fire alarm at midnight.
This is the first hotel I have stayed in with no fridge. I am gluten free and lactose free, allergic to soya and the food and drink free from all three is very hard to find, so when I find I buy enough for my stay. Not exactly a medicine but if I am forced to eat inappropriately I can get very unwell. I asked since there was no fridge in my room if I could keep something in their fridge. I wanted to keep my lactose free milk which I use as food and drink where my dietary requirements cannot be met. The answer was very curt.
No kettle either in the room or any coffee or tea making equipment.
