The travelers have access to all the floor, its terrace and its passageway, completely independent entrance.

There is a bus 100 meters from the apartment which takes you in 5 minutes to the station for Paris Opera or the Palace of Versailles.

This same bus can also take you in 10 minutes to a metro station to go directly to the center of Paris (Champs-Elysees for example).

You can park your car for free in our street.

There are several shops (general food store, butcher, fishmonger, bakery, etc.) at 300 meters as well as restaurants close to the house (in particular, at 300 meters the Café des Artistes at the edge of the ponds of Corot).

This pond site is beautiful, very bucolic and peaceful.

What a gem of a property!! Not only were Camille and Xavier the nicest people, the property was amazing, spacious, clean, luxurious…. I could go on. Xavier even helped me park our rental in a tight spot on the street! Loved every bit of this stay and I would absolutely rent again!!

Gorgeous View!!!
This is a wonderful property. It has a ton of space and is very well decorated. The balcony is great for a glass of wine or champagne and to enjoy the sounds of the birds. The location is an easy walk to a grocery store and bakery and Uber ride to Paris. The hosts were wonderful. Provided croissants, butter and milk the first day we were there. They also provided train tickets to the city and a wonder cold bottle of champagne. We would love to stay here again.

Christmas is Paris
The apartment is stunning and Xavier and Camille are the perfect hosts. It is located outside the city limits of Paris; however, public transportation is easy to navigate. The town of Ville de’Avray is charming and has everything you need. I would recommend this apartment to anyone and if we ever return, I would stay here again.

Perfection!
I just can't say enough about our time here and the beautiful village. Xavier and Camille went above and beyond to ensure we had an excellent stay. I’m not sure I have ever stayed in a property where the hosts have been as amazing as Xavier and Camille. The property is everything that they say it is, spacious and luxuriously appointed. The beds are sensational and the towels were soft and thirsty, with a fully appointed kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The private entrance provides a no fuss way to come and go. The location out of Paris takes about 40 minutes to arrive at by Metro, but the journey it so much part of the experience. 4 adults on this trip with ample space to relax, stretch out and chill. The local village is a 5 minute walk but we didn’t discover all of it, and the train station is a 15 minute walk. Uber was available if you preferred. We always look to stay in unique properties and this is close to top of the list. Book it, you won’t be disappointed.

A great sized apartment in a great location!
We were looking to stay in Paris but such small apartments for high price. We looked further outside and found this great sized apartment with free street parking (we drove from the UK) It has a wonderful view over Paris and you can even see the Eiffel Tower in the distance. It is on a hill and has a staircase up to the apartment but this was no problem for us. Nice decor in-keeping with the property. All appliances you would need inc a coffee machine! Very easy check in/out. Easy reach of bus station to metro if needed. Shop very close by. Very kind, generous hosts, great communication and happy to help at any time. Would happily stay again.

Stop your search, this is the place!
I don’t think there is enough room to describe our stay. First of all, the hosts Xavier and Camille are the MOST accommodating and nice people you will meet. We were able to check in early and they even had breakfast waiting for us. Amazing. The apartment is amazing. It’s huge and beautiful. The balcony looks out over the city and you can watch the tower twinkle on it while drinking a nice glass of wine. A wonderful place to unwind after the hustle of the city. The town you are staying in is great. Out door market, great wine store, awesome bakery and a large grocery store. The apartment have a full kitchen if you prefer to cook your own meals. ANYTHING you need at anytime, Xavier can help. I can’t say enough about him. We had an amazing trip but I owe most of it to our hosts.

A luxurious apartment with a glorious view of the Paris skyline
This apartment has been a wonderful base for our Paris holiday, being convenient for both Paris and Versailles. It is a luxurious apartment with vastly more space than we could afford in the city centre, with the added benefit that we got to see the Paris skyline (including the Eiffel Tower). This is truly impressive, particularly at dawn and at dusk. To have this perspective does mean that getting into the city takes approx 1 hour by public transport, but it is a small price to pay for the less frenetic pleasures of this affluent French suburb. The apartment is really spacious, and had everything we needed. The star for us was the generous balcony where we ate our breakfasts with views over Paris. The owners could not have been more helpful, patiently coping with our many requests for advice. We highly recommend this apartment.

5+++ property conveniently near Paris and Versailles
Just had a wonderful stay at this property in July. We are a family of 4 (two teenagers) and this apartment had more than enough room for us. The photos are very accurate in showing this is a large, comfortable, and immaculate property. For us it was very conveniently located between Paris and Versailles with very easy access to public transit which we used daily. We very much enjoyed coming back here at the end of a long day and enjoying the quiet views. There is an excellent bakery and good grocery store located a short 300m walk from the door which we used regularly too. The property hosts are especially helpful and accommodating even to the point of arranging a driver for us to get to the airport early in the morning for our departing flight. I can't stress enough how great they were in communicating before and during our stay (e.g. tips on transit, restaurants, sites, etc). So great and absolutely recommend this property for those looking for a little peace and quiet just outside of Paris.

Exceeded Expectations
Rarely do you see a picture of a property online and have your expectations exceeded in person. This was exactly the case with this property. From the moment we booked, our host, Xavier was quick to welcome us and provide detailed instructions for checking in. There was 6 of us staying at this spacious apartment and everyone had plenty of room to spread out. The bedrooms are large and Xavier offered to arrange the beds in doubles or large queen size prior to our arrival. The location is very close to Versailles if that is on your list to tour. Trains and bus were easy to navigate and Xavier left us tickets one day to use for travel into the city. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of this place after the excitement of a day in the city. The terrace/balcony is a wonderful place to enjoy evening dinner or morning coffee with a great view of the city in the distance. We also enjoyed watching wild parrots flying through the trees. Every detail was attended to with extra unexpected perks. I cant say enough about Xavier’s hospitality but I will mention the surprise we had one night to find a bottle of champagne on ice with flutes awaiting us at the door of our apartment. Thank you for an amazing time. We will definitely request your place when we come back. C’est MAGNIFIQUE!!!

The Best
This third floor newly renovated, well priced, expansive apartment is an exceptional property. Sitting in the morning light flooding into the living room having morning coffee was a delight. Bathrooms, bedding and furnishing are all high quality. There is a new washer and air dryer in an alcove up the stairs to roof. Free street parking was readily available within a few minutes walk. There is a parking garage a short distance away but it is a safe upscale neighborhood and I felt no need to use it. There are shops to satisfy all needs within walking distance downhill into the village. A nice open market twice a week. We had been into Paris a few years ago and wanted a place to rest and find our legs after the long trip, avoiding the city. We also wanted to visit Versailles for the first time, which is only a short distance away. This apartment was just the ticket. A high point of our stay were the owners, who live below. Communication with Xavier before and after arrival was prompt, clear and cordial. He speaks fluent english and will furnish you with as much advice as you require. I hope you meet his wife and children as they are delightful. Information regarding public transport into Paris is set out in detail in information folders. There are restaurants nearby within walking distance. We are on and extended nearly three month stay in Europe, almost all apartments. I think we just stayed at the best of them all. Lovely apartment in vile d’avray
We have been to Paris several times and decided this time to try an apartment outside of the city instead of the normal touristy hotels. We are so very glad we did. The place is very well done a beautiful spacious apartment in a historic home. The owners were very helpful. I should mention we did have a car so we did not have to try other transportation but it was perfect

Family Vacation
The size of this property is amazing and the terrace provides amazing views, including one of the top half of the Eiffel Tower day and night. My parents checked in with Xavier and Camille and I arrived shortly thereafter. We had no issues with them or the property, which was very clean and exactly as advertised. Taxis and Ubers were able to find the address. The beds were comfortable, especially compared to some other local options. The location is quiet and you cannot get anything with this much space to yourself near Paris. Xavier and Camille are wonderful hosts, providing everything you could imagine and taking care of minute details like lighting a candle for you each evening after dark. We are so appreciative of them sharing their home with us. To be clear, you have your own entrance and your own space. But you will be above their living space, so try to be considerate. Please note - this location is on a steep hill and reaching the space you are renting will require climbing stairs. There are around 40 up to your rented location once you get inside your entrance and you will haul your luggage and any purchases up and down those spiral stairs. We had no issues, but take your time. If your group is able to do stairs with ease, I highly recommend this property. The owners can set up a transfer to/from CDG airport. You will spend some money and time getting to/from Paris or Versailles, but this property - and the extreme hospitality of the owners - make it worth it.

Perfect mix of calmness and access to Paris
This is a spacious, modern, and private apartment occupying the third floor of a historic house on a quiet street in Ville-d'Avray, a close-in suburb of Paris between the Bois de Boulogne and Versailles. A nearby bus stop provides a short ride to the Pont de Sèvres #9 station of the Paris Metro. Tall windows and doors offer a view of the southern sections of Paris and even, to the left, a view of the Eiffel Tower, 11 km away. You can discern the nighttime illumination and hourly "glitter show." We were in the Paris area during a cooler time of year -- the apartment's electric heaters were more than adequate. The kitchen and bedrooms are large; separate rooms for a bathtub and for a shower are provided. The hosts have provided a "house book" with details you will need in both French and English. The neighborhood is a mix of ancient and modern buildings, all well maintained. A grocery store and boulangerie are close by, and we enjoyed the morning ritual of walking down the street to buy croissants to start our day. On a Tuesday, in the parking lot for Ville-d'Avray's historic church, we encountered the town's market day -- numerous stalls with beautiful produce, cheeses, and seafood. The tranquility of Ville-d'Avray so close to the bustle of Paris is a big plus. Our hosts, who live on the floors below, were both responsive and respectful of our privacy. Access to the apartment is up a short but steep street and the apartment is up three flights of stairs.

Lovely Vacation
Property is as described and shown in pictures. It is within walking distance of several restaurants, stores and outdoor market. We enjoyed our stay here so very much!!! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed so warmly. Xavier and Camille were so accommodating and extremely kind to us. The home is very lovely and spacious. It truly had everything we needed and more. Plenty of linens, comfy beds, and really nice furnishings. We appreciated the artwork, too. :) We enjoyed every aspect of staying here and would definitely enjoy staying here again in the future. We appreciate the champagne left for us for our anniversary. A tourist dream just outside of Paris
We arrived at the spacious, sunny apartment to find a small feast waiting for us. The cold water, cold AC, fresh baked goods, and assortment of snacks were much appreciated after a long day of travel. Xavier made sure we had everything we needed, assured us we could contact him if we needed anything, then left us to rest. It was great knowing that the owner of the property lived right below, but other than some supplies and some generous surprises left for us outside our door, you wouldn't know anyone was there. The apartment and surrounding town are like something out of a French novel, but with modern amenities! Large, beautiful, doors and windows, comfortable beds and couches, every kitchen amenity you could need, and a wonderful wraparound patio where you can see the tip of the Eiffel tower sparkle at night. The town is small and peaceful and has grocery stores, restaurants, and other amenities within walking distance or a short bus trip. Getting to and from Paris is relatively simple. The apartment is about a 15-20 minute walk to the local train station. If you'd rather not walk, lots of other options can be found in meticulously prepared binder in the apartment. We have stayed at numerous properties over the years and Xavier and Camille are without a doubt the best hosts we’ve ever had. There will be no question where we stay when we return to France.
