Beautiful apartment in Marne la vallée near Disneyland Paris

Beautiful luxury apartment located 5 minutes from Disneyland Paris by public transport (RER or bus) or by car. It is a quiet apartment and ideal for a stay in Disneyland Paris or Marne valley with many shops nearby within walking distance.
The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a large double bed, the other with a bunk bed and a wooden cot. The bathroom consists of a jacuzzi bath and a double vanity unit. The kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob) and the living room has a sofa bed. The toilets are independent. The apartment also has two fully privatized and landscaped gardens.
Wifi is available during your entire stay.
Two parking spaces are also available in the underground.
This is an ideal apartment for a family of 2,3,4,5, or 6 people right next to Eurodisney and 25 minutes from the heart of Paris.

Great location, good sized family apartment with secure parking
The apartment was a 10 minute walk from Val d’Europe station giving easy access to central Paris. The apartment itself was a good size for a family of 4. It had all the equipment we needed and the spa bath was an added bonus. The secure parking was great and the communication with the owner was very good with immediate responses.

Nice apartment in the outskirts of Paris
The apartment is as shown on the website. A slightly noisy neighbourhood, but safe and conveniently located. I would suggest a plumber is hired for some maintenance works (leaky toilet and shower) and perhaps a new coffee machine, but everything can be used.

Cancelled on us last minute. Technical reasons? By last minute, I mean that we were at the door.
We made all our payments and received no notifications that there were any issues. We showed up at the door and were very shocked to be cancelled due to technical reasons. This was in 3 sentences. No offer to assist or explanation beyond that. I was travelling with children and we were very hot and tired. An extremely kind nearby neighbour took us to a wifi location and we were lucky enough to rebook somewhere else. All in all the fiasco cost us lots of stress and about a 100 euros to rectify. Id be willing to forgive a true mistake if i had not heard from the neighbour that this has happened several times before. That plus the sheer lack of remorseful communication has motivated this review. I felt compelled to warn others away so they do not suffer the stress and added costs we did.

This was a lovely and convenient place, had everything you needed and more. I will certainly be staying again if possible ❤ very close to Disneyland Paris and an hour train to Eiffel Tower. So close to restaurants. All I can say is perfect 🥰

A great base for Paris and Disneyland. Lovely apartment in a nice area.
Really enjoyed our stay here. Our host kept us we'll informed about our stay and gave really clear information about getting to the apartment. The underground parking meant the car was safe and kept nice and cool in the hot weather. Apartment has everything you need. Our host provided lots of towels and bedding. The Nespresso machine was extremely well used on our stay! The jacuzzi bath was a nice treat to have. We were there for 12 nights. Nice little gardens with a mix of shaded and sunny spots. Really handy for shops, supermarkets and restaurants. We rarely drove anywhere. The area has lovely park areas to take strolls on and is only a mile away from a nice park. I managed to get some runs in while there. Disneyland was a 30 min easy walk away and Paris easy to get to by train. The train station was a 15 minute stroll away and trains frequently to Paris. The shopping mall at Valley is massive and the outlet village really good. There's a great lake beach around 20 mins drive away. Would highly recommend the apartment and location in general. Perfect location
Our host Dorothee was very friendly and welcoming. She picked us up from the airport and showed us where the shops (5 mins) and train station (10 mins) were. No car hire necessary. Apartment in ideal location for Disney which is 1 stop on the train. Bright and cool apartment with good facilities - just needed a chopping board and bread knife. I would recommend as good value for money. Thank you for our great stay.

Nice neighbourhood...
But that was about all that was good. The apartment IS bright in the living room, it IS spacious, and there IS a new kitchen, but it is obviously used only as a rental for income - not much pride in it. It needs a thorough cleaning and a fresh coat of paint. The toilet room is a storage for mops. The host was cheerful and tried, but we were initially told we could arrive at 3:00. We only got in at 5:30, and communication was not so prompt. I would not stay here again.

Le fait qu'il y a une place parking au sous-sol est un plus. Dommage que un des lits avait des lattes de cassées !! Et que le canapé soit aussi démoli !! Sinon rien à dire...apparemment calme. Les extérieurs mériteraient d'être nettoyés.

Wir waren zu 6 für 3 Tage. Erreichbarkeit Disneypark und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr gut. Aldi zu Fuß 5 min. Bis zum Zentrum Paris ca. 30 min mit dem Auto. Checkin war ohne Probleme, im Haus ist alles was man braucht da, klein aber gemütlich. Die Wände brauchen ein neues Anstrich, aber sonst Oberfläche Sauberkeit ist da. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Faltando una hora de entrar en el alojamiento .que cojimos un taxi para que me dejara en la puerta.me llega un mensaje de que me reenvolsava el importe del pago. A una hora de la entrada. Dejándome en la calle fuera de mi país y sin dinero y con niños chico y perdiendo un día de Disney de 5 personas. Quiero daño y perjuicio porque dormimos en la estación por no tener dinero y está fuera de mi país.teniendolo reservado desde España con unos meses de antelación. Nos dejó en la calle y sin poder aser nada porque teníamos el vuelo de regreso para el día 13. quiero mi dinero que yo reenvolse y quiero daño y perjuicio .eso no se ase a tan solo 1 hora de mi entrada en el alojamiento

Nice clean apartment. with two garage spaces. Nice kitchen with all amenities, even a freezer. I think the appartment is to small for 6 adult.Too bad the garden wasn't user-friendly the weather was warm. too small garden set made for 4 slim people, it that was covered with cobweb. The extra beds are not sturdy for overweight people, the legs were loose under the bed. The Whirpool makes a lot of noise.

Globalement le séjour s'est bien passé mais il est clair que le propriétaire ne met pas souvent les pieds dans ton logement : un certain nombre de petites choses à revoir, entretenir ou réparer. Chacune, isolée, serait presque insignifiante. Mais cumulées, elles deviennent très remarquables. Dommage, l'appartement est plutôt sympa sans cela.

Leider ist die Unterkunft extrem verschmutzt. Wände, Türen vertragen dringend einen Anstrich. Auch die Esszimmerstühle sind extrem verschmutzt und sollten gereinigt oder ausgetauscht. Der Backofen in der Küche war nicht zu gebrauchen, ekelig verschmutzt. Die Kissen der Gartenlounge waren verschimmelt. Der Vermieter sollte dringend die Reinigungsagentur wechseln. Echt schade, da die Wohnung wenn Sie gepflegt wäre vor allem Aufgrund der Lage zu empfehlen wäre.

Zum anfang Check in war 16:00 und wir haben gewartet bis 17:00 draußen weil die Wohnung war noch nicht sauber und trecke. Die putfrau sagst jeden 10minute gleich ist fertig. 1 stunde draußen gewartet,danach Parkplatz war underground aber kein Chip für Eingang Tor . Wir haben extra parkplatz für 3 tage bezahlt weil wir konnen nicht rein gehen. Einmal rein gekommen aber wir können nicht mehr raus gehen. Sauberkeit ist minimal und stinkt uberall. Die moebel sind nicht bequem und terrase ist voll treck. Einfach alles war katastrophal! Ich muss Anzeige zum Besitzer und Agentur oder sie mussen weider rückzahlung. Ehrlich die schlechte experience was haben wir erlebt ! Nie wieder
