Convenient and location plus kitchenette. The staff are lovely, the hotel entrance and lobby is a welcoming space and easy drop off point for your taxi/uber. My room had a lot of noise emanating from the street mostly, sadly the rooms are crying out for a refurbishment being both dated and tired around the edges.

The hotel is in prime location in Saint Germaine des pres. Near to The Louvre, Notre Dame Cathedral and has a lot of good dining options at walkable distance. The rooms need to be updated, however, they were clean, spacious and had a complete Kitchenette. You can also do laundry. This is perfect place for families spending more than 3 days.

The location is excellent- walkable to the main tourist attractions, 5 min walk to the trains. Staff were very welcoming, the 24 hr coffee and hot cocoa were delicious! There is washing machines and dryers in the basement for a fee- 5 euros to wash, 4 euros to dry. The reason I won’t go back is it’s very expensive

The location was good. The Louvre was about a 25 minute walk. There are plenty of cafes and quick marts nearby. The room itself is spacious. However, the carpet looks worn and the AC fan was noisy, but it did keep the room cool. It’s not luxury, but it provided all the basics and then some.

The location for a tourist is perfect. Center of everything. The caprets and facilities need an update, but we weren't planning on spending lots of time in the room anyway. Staff great, in particular a man named Trinh (sp?).

Me gustó su ubicación y que tenías muchas cosas cerca. La limpieza del cuarto es cada tercer día ( estuve 3 días no me tocó que la hicieran) las habitaciones son amplias pero necesitan remodelación. Y casi todo el personal de la recepción es agradable excepto una encargada que en lugar de ayudar complica las cosas.

Near Notre Dame, walking distance to 2018 croissant Grand Prix bakery. Many grocery stores nearby. Vending machines and coffee machines within hotel. My room was deep in, so it was quiet and comfy. No extra pillows available for sofa bed. Normal bed had 2 pillows per pax. Sofa bed has just 1 pillow per pax. Pillows were flat.

What we stayed in was NOT an apartment, regardless what they call it. Room air controls were confusing and relatively useless…once set to cool, it worked fine. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and hotel was very quiet. No wash cloths. Reported our room’s main bathroom light was out and it was not fixed for the remainder of our stay. Hotel was very convenient to many restaurants and subway stations. Overall, average experience for a European hotel.
