A luxury and comfortable home, where you can rest after a long day discovering Paris. t's a place where Parisian haute couture, art, and cuisine converge.. Located on the ground floor, the 1119 sqft apartment is composed of a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 2 toilets.

The apartment is comfortable for 6 persons and a maximum of 8 persons.

Bedroom 2 with a 5***** double-bed high comfort mattresses
Bedroom 3 with a 5***** double-bed high comfort mattresses

Living room : 2 people high-comfort sofa bed

The apartment is equipped with:
TV, high speed Wifi,
a washer dryer, a hair dryer,
a nespresso coffee machine, a water boiler, a toaster
a fridge, an induction plate, a microwave, pans and other cooking wares
a baby bed and high chair

Guest Access:
EASY ACCESS : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access of the apartment.

To get the keys of the apartment:

- You will have to collect the keys in a secure box with a code inside the building
- The code will be given to you before your arrival
- The door to your apartment is on the first floor.
- Please take some time to carefully read the rules of the apartment that we have placed on the table of the kitchen

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is known for its elegance and historical prominence. It is centrally located, making it easily accessible and well-connected to various parts of the city. Our apartment is ideally located in the prestigious neighborhood encompassing The Champs Elysées, The Tuileries Gardens and the Louvre.
Just a short stroll away from the apartment, you'll be captivated by the enchanting beauty of the Tuileries Gardens originally designed in the 16th century by Queen Catherine de Medicis. In our vicinity, along Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, you'll find high-end boutiques, designer stores, and fashion houses, making it a prime destination for upscale shopping,
With a short walk, you'll encounter the Elysée Palace, which serves as the official residence of the French President, ensuring that our neighborhood is exceptionally safe.
The neighborhood's diverse dining scene offers everything from traditional Parisian bistros, fine dining restaurants to international cuisine.
You will live 7 minutes walk from the Palais Garnier, 2 minutes walk from Place de la Madeleine and few minutes from the famous Galeries Lafayettes with all its luxury designer houses.

Around the apartment you will find :
Metro station Madeleine : lign 8, 12 and 14
Metro station Havre- Caumartin : lign 3 and 9
RER station Auber : lign A

Other Things to Note:
Check-in / Arrival : from 4pm => From 2pm you can leave your luggages in the apartment. The cleaning lady comes to clean the apartment between 11am and 4pm. The apartment will be fully ready at 4pm. If you arrive early in Paris, we can indicate you a paid locker service next to the apartment.

Check-out / Departure : until 11am

No breakfast on site
Cleaning at before checkin and after checkout only

Please be careful during your stay to the house rules :
- no smoking in the apartment or in the building courtyard
- no drugs
- no parties
- no music
- no persons other than those who have registered their identity cards
- no noise in the common areas of the building
- no animals
- no professional photo or video shoots
If one of the above house rules is broken:
A penalty of the full amount of the deposit will be charged.
The reservation will be cancelled as soon as the infraction is noticed and you will no longer be able to stay in the apartment.
- If the keys of the apartment is lost, 170€ will be charged.

- A separate deposit of 1500 Euros on Swikly will be made and sent to you and needs to be validated at least 48hours prior your arrival.
