The Hotel was perfect in location. However I requested a room change and the never gave me a response. Also, the first day they left two water bottles and the second day they didn’t but I asked them and they said that just was for the first day. That’s is not costumer service!

I love staying there , next to Gare de Lyon. Beautiful hotel, awesome location and a very welcoming staff. A special mention of Soufiane at the door, very nice . Highly recommend.

We stayed here for one night before a train trip. Very convenient to the train station. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Super comfortable beds. We had cocktails at the bar in the evening, which was a lovely way to end our day. We would definitely stay again.

King room on the small side but it is Europe and we explored more than we slept. Rooms and property kept very clean. Shower was awesome. Staff was and is wonderful. Everyone has been truly accommodating and offered suggestions on how to make stay better through brief conversations. Love it would stay again.

I had to book a hotel at last minute so I booked near Gare de Lyon. Hence the stay here. Not cheap and not the nicest place but room was ok. The best was the bathtub. If you are coming to Paris for a vacation I would stay in a different area. There are plenty of hotels nearer the attractions etc at this price level. The staff were nice.
