Was told my room was upgraded only to find spiderwebs on the ceilings on the room. The water at the mini bar was already opened and caked with soil around the bottle.

Rooms were cozy, small but comfortable for our party of three. The breakfast, available at an additional cost was good, but I have to mention the fresh fruit particularly the cantaloupes, which were an absolute revelation. I don’t know if it was by chance, but I have never before tasted cantaloupes this delicious, it left an indelible impression.

Neat little hotel very well located for our trip. Just a couple of blocks away from the metro, Arc de Triomphe and many restaurants and stores. Breakfast was surprisingly good and it runs for €16 per person. Beware, sometimes one of the ladies at the buffet is not very polite. She always had a straight face and gave us a weird look. Her name was Chamkha, if I remember correctly. However, one of the hotel highlights was definitely Tamanna. She always had a smile on her face and was super helpful during our stay. Morgan was also great, kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend anyone this hotel.

Lovely hotel with beautiful decor. Room overlooked the canal. The check-in was awesome with a complimentary glass of wine and friendly staff. We were able to meet up with friends in the lounge/bar area and have drinks. Breakfast buffet had a great selection for everyone’s tastes. There are restaurants, shops and supermarkets within walking distance. Only 10 minutes from train station.

Elsa is a beautiful boutique hotel very well located. Close from the arc triumph walking distance like 150 meters. Very clean and the people who work over there are very nice. I recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staff was friendly and clear with communication. The provided excellent coffee as a treat and reception was open 24 hours. The rooms were so quirky, but in a good way and so clean and comfortable. Loved my experience, it’s a beautiful hotel and I definitely recommend.
