You can hear all the outside noise all night. The rooms are very small. The toilet is located in a very small space your body cant even move.

There was a lot of us, so the comfort corner rooms which is set up like a 2 bedroom apartment was great for our family. Although the rooms are smaller than I'm use to it was a delightful cozy stay!

Friendly Staff, but Management Issues I stayed at Hotel Duminy Vendôme during the New Year, a period when prices are typically higher than usual. While the staff were very friendly and accommodating, the overall experience did not meet 4-star standards. There seemed to be no proper management policy in place. Basic toiletries like conditioner were only provided upon request, which is unusual for a hotel of this level. One of the main issues was housekeeping. While the pillowcases were changed, the bed linens, despite having visible stains, were never replaced during my stay—even after requesting it. This appears to stem not from the staff’s attitude but rather from pressure to limit services. Although the hotel looks nice after remodeling, the lack of effective management negatively impacts the guest experience.

This property was pleasing in many respects, but it fails by listing “queen” size beds when in fact its beds are double (full size), a contrived space for two adults. The small bathroom has no counter space other than a narrow strip in the back of the sink that barely fits a toothbrush and a bottle. We were also surprised to find the Saint-Honoré area streets dirty and tainted with trash. It’s important to mention the hotel is very clean, supported by a very pleasant multi-lingual front desk and housekeeping staff.

It's rated a four-star hotel. However, my room was not large enough even to open my suitcase. Moreover, there was no gym or exercise facilities on the premises. Furthermore, the rooms were advertised as sound proof. However, my room was not soundproof. I could hear loud noise from the street, despite being on the top floor. There was also limited room service.
