Tess was just wonderful from the moment she checked me in to the moment she handed me my boarding pass. Kooba in housekeeping was so so sweet when I asked for more coffee pods and bottle of Evian water. 3 min from Madeleine metro station and 5 min from Hermes on Saint Honore and also close to Palais Garnier. Very small rooms! Shower is messy with water splashing everywhere. Coffee cups not washed properly, previous guest lipstick mark was found on my room coffee cup. I would say a 3 stars hotel definitely not 4 stars.
